Fantastic place to eat. Food is always delicious. Food was served promptly and was hot. I have never had a bad meal here. Would recommend the new carolina chicken. Heather was a great wait staff. Checked on us frequently and enhanced our overall experience.

Very bad service. One of the worst services weve had in our lives. When we complained about our food being brought out all at separate times, lack of service, missing food, the manager only took 5% off the bill and still didn't remove the items not received. Will not be coming back.

We had 6 in our group and were seated at a very nice round table in a nook by itself. Nice for privacy and no issues of other folks getting access to their tables. Waiter was attentive and food was wonderful ? Fried chicken is a favorite and fish options of trout and catfish were also orderedWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out in the store part and in the dining area.

I love coming here for breakfast! Amazing pancakes and the morning staff are on top of things. Scarlett however, is the BEST server I’ve ever experienced- and I eat out frequently. She is very sweet, kind, and hilarious. If someone is having a bad day, they should go to CB and ask for Scarlett. Seriously.

didn't see are waiter for a good 25 mins after ordered food didn't separate food on 84 year old mothers plate she does not like her food touching didn't bring honey grape jelly or ketchup someone else brought our food to the table
We came here 4/12/2024 for dinner after we lost power, the place was very busy. We got a table in a decen amount of time, took a bit to get someone to get us a water ( a manager I believe got them for us ) finally got a waitress we placed our orders it took an exceptionally long time to get us our meals we were very patient and did have some muffins that were brought to us to tide us over. We finally got our meals, the meatloaf dinner was okay, meat could have been a bit hotter the mac and cheese was warmer and tasted good my second side was wrong so I had to wait some more before getting the correct one. The other meal was the golden tenders my girl didn't eat that much of it as it wasn't what she thought it was going to be or taste like. Our waitress was ok not very attentive at times and forgot a lot during our dinner, we had no silverware so we had to wait again, when we got our bill it was not our bill and again we had to wait again. She didn't seem to be busting her butt like the other waitstaff was doing during this busy night that was out of many people's control. ( many people in town lost power ) I ate here years and years ago and the food was top notch and the service was top notch our experience Friday wasn't the same, probably will not be back.

I have been thinking of trying their "famous" fried chicken for a while and finally decided to try it at this location while driving on my way from Chicago to Ann Arbor. Here is my full review,Food: It was the worst fried chicken I ate. Very tough on booth teeth and stomach. Not juicy and I did not feel any flavor in the chicken. I think its v overrated and not worth a try. I would give it 1/5Price: Average prices so i give it 3/5.Service: Heather my server was very friendly and professional and she deserves 5/5.Parking: Big parking lot.Will I visit again: Maybe but not for their overrated fried chicken.
