I went to this location today, with some coupons I had from the manager for a free value basket and concrete mixer. I got these after my orders were messed up multiple times. On the receipt you can see i ordered a double bacon deluxe, when I got home and went to throw the food in my air fryer, another mistake. They completely forgot bacon. This has happened another time in the past, and I paid cash for my food. The food was good yes, but bacon burgers are substantially more expensive, and ordering bacon twice and not getting it is not acceptable.

Best fast food around! Friendly staff! All around great experience!
Management would not allow me to get alcarte burger patties. They wanted to charge me 6.37 cents for each patty. I told him no thanks and asked if this was the only Culver’s that would not let you do that because I never had that problem at any other Culver’s. He said that’s the way the owner wants it. That’s really said. I won’t visit this location again.

The staff needs to have more training However they are young and doing a good job ,Prices are going up so hard to afford However I TRULY enjoy going here knowing that they are family oriented and helping young adults with jobs
