Fred the manager is easily the best human I've ever interacted with in the service industry. Somebody needs to just give this guy his own franchise. I witnessed him escorting an elderly woman to her car, he brought my baby puppy a little ice cream and asked my kids names individually and told us we were part of the Culver's family now. This guy is unbelievably amazing.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger
Ordered burger for my dad. Specifically said I would like cod basket. Ended up with a sandwich. I can't eat bread.

Ordered a single burger with fries. I had to send the burger back because it was burnt. The second try wasn't any better. The hamburg patty was paper thin, the bun was something you would buy on clearance at any grocery store. The famous butter burger has changed into something that any cook would be embarrassed to serve. The Staff was indifferent to customers, not really paying attention to anyone. Except for one staff member who spent her time talking with customers at one table and paying no attention to anything else. Was extremely disappointed at how the food has declined over the years. I will never return to this location, (Beckley Rd, Battle Creek), and will definitely hesitate to return to any Culver's location.

Always a good place for a quick bite. Good service and good food. Burgers, fries, onion rings,cheese curds, and of course, the frozen custard! I miss their fried chicken, but their chicken sandwiches are 'meh' at best.

I ordered through the drive through. That was an experience. It was neat just watching them work. If you've never been to a Culver's, you are missing some darn good food. Their Wisconsin Cheese Curds are awesome! Reubin melt was scrumptious! Strawberry shake so thick you have to use your spoon.Very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent menu choices. Great food. Friendly, fast and accurate service. Food was Fresh and Hot. Kids were Happy to redeem the coupons they saved for a nice Basketball and were pleased with their ice cream for dessert.Kid-friendliness: Each kids meal comes with a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream with 1 topping and a culvers buck. Save 10 to redeem for your choice of several items. This time they had Sports items like a basketball, football, volleyball, Frisbee, etc. My Grandson chose their Basketball.
