This is a easy location to get to, pretty much within walking distance off I-94 in Battle Creek. The building appears to be fairly new and when I was there, it was super clean inside. It looked like there were 5 people working on that Sunday morning and they were moving pretty quick. My latte was ready as I was just walking over to the pick up area so no complaints there! The donut selection was pretty good for a gas station adjacent location as I usually find these to be pretty lacking in options by noon on a Sunday. *The price is higher for us because we got donuts and signature drinks for several people.
My one and only reason I can't give a 5 star review is because like other reviewers, I too found the glaze to be pretty lacking. On the munchkin donut holes I also bought, only a few had a decent amount of glaze. Most had a few drops and there were many with none at all. :( The frosted usual donuts had a good amount of frosting/toppings so you can't go wrong there. Highly suggest my faves of Cinnamon Rolls and Boston Creams!

I've been here several times and usually only get the snackin bacon. Today I got an egg bacon and cheese bagel. This is probably THE best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! The bagel is nice and soft, lots of bacon, egg cooked soft...just an all round excellent sandwich!!

Went to dunkin for their Halloween themed donuts since they don't use artificial dyes for the coloring. The donuts tasted pretty good, a little dry, but the glaze and frosting was all skimped on, like they gave it a quick low effort drizzle and moved on, barley any frosting on every donut there, the glazed donut wasnt glazed on the whole donut (like every other donut shop) just a little bit on the top. Guy at the counter was very awkward and acted like he couldn't hear us but laughed at everything we said anyways. Didn't say thank you or anything after we paid or anything other than our total. Asked him if there were donut prices (since the prices are on a sticker and not on their menu, it was hidden behind some halloween decorations.) and he said No. And then we found it anyways and he just said oh. Anyways, probably won't buy donuts from here ever again. Or any food.

I went to get my coffee today, and it was very bitter. I kindly asked the worker if she could please add a bit more almond milk and caramel, but she gave me attitude. I don’t understand why someone would react that way when a customer is being polite. I wasn’t asking for the drink to be remade—just adjusted so it could be enjoyable. When I pay for my coffee, I’d like to be able to enjoy it, not have to throw it out or drink something that tastes unpleasant.

Came through and I ordered a frozen pumpkin spice… it was missing the pumpkin spice. The girl at the window was sweet and re made it for me but when I parked to eat my sandwich it was missing the cheese. I felt bad cuz I’m an empathetic person and didn’t wanna go back through the line and have them re make that too but I’m pretty disappointed. I love coming here and it’s the only Dunkin in town but I’m a little peaved.

Went through the drive through today 9 26 25 I ordered a side of hash brown bites and a dunkin wrap . I received my food when I opened it up I had 5 small soggy hash browns and my wrap was frozen in the middle I was working and unable to go back to let them know that the food they served me was cold still frozen . I will never go back.

Certainly cannot wait for the new location here in town to open at this location the employees continually fall short the experience is subpar in at times very inconvenient and uncomfortable I would recommend going to their new location
