WE HAVE DRIVEN PAST THIS PLACE THOUSANDS AND NEVER STOPPED. LAST NIGHT I WANTED AN ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT FISH-FRY.
I FOUND FRIENDS & COMPANY IN A SEARCH ONLINE & CALLED TO BE SURE THE ONLINE INFORMATION WAS CORRECT. IT WAS, SO WE STOPPED IN.
I HAD ALL OF THE FISH & SHRIMP AUCE. MARGIE HAD AN AWESOME HAMBURGER.
THE FLAVOR, PORTIONS & SERVICE WERE WAY BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS.

Poor service and a lack of attentiveness to basic instructions when requesting condiments with ordered food! I won't mention any specific individuals, but a particular waitress seems to expect tips without heeding simple customer requests. I believe it's not the customer's duty to perform the waiter or waitress responsibilities. They receive a paycheck and, as such, should focus on paying attention to customer needs. Tips should be earned based on merit, not given automatically.
