The food is made fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. I have had the chicken tenders, fries, and chocolate custard and I highly recommend all of it. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I know this store is still new and working out the small details, but I would rather have everything made fresh and have it be hot than go to other places where it's old, cold, and makes me sick! Prices are amazing for portions and I love the variety offered here.

Very friendly and polite I had ordered a.large supreme stuffed Bread Sticks and a Custared shake and all I got to say is job well done the food was cooked just right that was my second time getting pizza from them and I'll continue to go to the one in Battle Creek on W Columbia

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Never got it. Rude person from restaurant called to say that we need to answer our phones as the driver can’t find us. The driver never called, never showed. Phone disconnected and unable to reach store. Wild experience.

I Haven’t ordered happys pizza in a long time due to rude service from the last time I ordered probably 2 years ago, I ordered a half pound of shrimp and a small ham and pineapple pizza for delivery. She was pretty impatient while I was ordering, I got a total of $37.00, seemed pretty pricy but whatever. I looked at Pizza Hut and papa johns instead and realized they have some nice deals online , so politely canceled my order with happys (got hung up on before I could even talk the first time) called back and said “ I’d just like to cancel my order” and she said “K” then she literally hung up on me again. Service is horrible. I get having a rough day but man the service always remains the same, more than likely will not order from happys again. Overpriced greasy food and rude service every time I’ve ordered over the years.

On web site it says 20 pice jumbo shrimp and called to order the guy said ohh we don't sell 20 pice we only sell 10 pice ..place is nothing but lies ..if they keep up with the lies they should get somebody who can very unsatasfied

Paid $30 included with reasonable tip and food came out cold and was delivered In less than 20 minutes which shows they didn’t take any time prepping my food. Shockingly disappointed because I order here every once awhile

If I could give 0 dates I would the man I spoke to was rude and this is what I got down south we don't do burnt cat fish huh?? The fish was black and I waited a long time for delivery. If you in town and want some food dont come here.
The man who answers the phone must have a very miserable life. He is extremely rude for no reason. If you hate your job, QUIT!
