I ordered on the app in the lobby.
When they gave me my order nothing was said.
I checked my order and I didn't get any breast.
I reported it. They said they was out of white meat but didn't say anything to me either way. I paid extra for extra white meat. They said they couldn't give me a refund. I said what was they going to do to fix the problem. They said that I would have to come back tomorrow. I stated don't you need my name and he said yes, so when I told him he stated that he would have staff write it down and walked away with nothing else being said.

If I could give no stars, I would this is the worst KFC I I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They got every order they get wrong. They gave nacho cheese instead of macaroni and cheese. They don’t know what they’re doing they they take your order when you clearly laid out I would not go here and I think management or corporate needs to get a hold of people because you’re gonna have a horrible experience going here. Everybody need to really get retrained or be let go.

Ordered a 12 pc bucket mix and they told us a 20 min wait, when we finally got our food and got home we seen it was only legs!!! I tried to call the store 5 times in 15 mins. The line was busy everytime. How bad does a place have to be to disconnect their phone?? Do better KFC. This place is a rip off. Highly recomend going anywhere else.

Tried to come thru the drive thru last night. Was in line for 10 minutes waiting not moving at all, the car in front of us pulled out of line and then we were behind the car at the window. After a few more minutes my partner calls out the window to the car at the speaker to see if they have even taken her order and the lady replied she has been sitting there for 20 MINUTES with no communication from the inside workers. We immediately pulled out of line and went to Lee's Chicken and had a nice dinner from there instead. I already didn't want to go to KFC cuz I know its bad there but I guess thank you for finally convincing my partner to never come back to you cuz y'all suck and I'm suprised both this location and the pennfield location is still open.

Ordered 12 PC bucket of extra crispy and received original and 6 biscuits were not cooked dough center. This is after waiting for 40 minutes. Tried to contact them after an hour and the phone rang busy. This is my last purchase from this establishment.
Very disappointed.

Horrible service. Food was COLD! Mac and cheese that was put in my kids' meal was cold and dried out. Chicken was dried out and old. Didn't give us biscuits that was supposed to be INCLUDED in our order. Overheard a worker in the back say they put biscuits in the boxes but no biscuits. Forgot our cups for our drinks, and had to get lids from the cashier as there were no lids that fit our cups in the lid compartment. This place is trash. After reading the rest of these reviews it's pretty wild that they haven't gone out of business.

No silverware for my Mac n cheese, no side of ranch I asked for, no napkins. Got a chicken sandwich minus mayo and there are no pickles.

Ordered a famous bowl through the app and didn’t get it because there were no more potatoes for it. The lady didn’t even apologize and told me to just get a refund through the app.

Besides that, my 3 piece chicken also looks terrible. I wanted it extra crispy, not extra torn apart.

This location is TERRIBLE. They are Consistently out of so many menu items. Normally I can get a decent replacement for something they cant provide (ex: chicken sandwich in place of chicken littles) but my last visit was awful. I had ordered at their self serve kiosk (as one does when they’re trying to get in and out as quick as possible) I ordered a pretty basic meal, chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, and a cream dr. Pepper. I paid and waited, like a min later a lady walks out and tells me they are out of chicken sandwiches??? Turns out i had missed their incredibly non-noticeable sign of the LIST of items they were out of (Im talking at this point close down the store out of items). They have no good alternatives so I ask for a refund since I am not getting anything at this rate and they have the audacity to say they have a “no refund policy”. May I remind you dear review reader, I have not received any of my order, and therefore think its pretty fair to ask for a refund. I was basically told to call corporate if I wanted a refund and to essentially suck it up. They couldn't even provide me with the rest of my simple order either, the only thing i left with is a sad ol’ container of mashed potatoes and a Pepsi zero (again not what I ordered). Save yourself the time and just go to chick-fl-a.

Absolutely terrible experience, my daughter wanted to go here after gymnastics so we ordered at 848 pm, they told me it was too late at night to cook any wings so we got tenders, nuggets and a famous bowl. They took my payment and asked me to pull up to wait for my food ( so their drive thru times look good, which i hate) i pulled ahead and waited for 20 minutes before someone came out claiming they lost my order (along with 2 other cars waiting for food) and wanted to know what i had ordered, i asked the girl for a refund, she said she would ask her manager. I waited another 10 minutes before walking inside to ask about the refund again when the girl said the manager would not give me a refund. I asked to speak to him and he said “yeah we don’t really do that” i left and as i was getting back into my car to leave the young girl came out with my food so i took it, thanked her and left! Upon checking my order it was not even complete or hot!
