Closed up way early waited 50 minutes plus for an 8 pc and a 6pc combo meal someone pulled up 20 minutes after with a 16 piece and got there food first terrible service absolutely ridiculous your managers are lazy and letting the place down

We have been sitting here for almost 40 mins to get a family meal this is bullshit!!! We already paid 51 bucks for our meal!!! They are still supposedly waiting on the chicken to he done!! Absolute bs they need to get there shit together or close down because this is just wrong!!!

It may not seem like a big deal but it is. You key word you forgot my biscuits. Instead of trying to make it right you say come back out. 20 minutes away and gas the way it is. It’s getting worse and worse. I really should’ve went to Popeyes. They have much better chicken anyway. It’s pure BS and at least the manager at pennfield helped. I’m glad you have money to waste I don’t. Horrible service and crappy food.

got a famous bowl, half full with tiny little chicken nuggets on top. i used to go there a lot. thought a bowl sounded good for my dinner. guess i will not go anymore

Horrible horrible lazy employees everyone should be fired they won't even take orders from the drive thru they are so lazy they just let you sit there and won't do anything some white girl with the headset on pretends like she dont see you they're not even worth minimum wage I was there today Jan 22 at 3:05 pm
I hate that I have to even give them one star! Picked up dinner for my family and when I got home to eat, the chicken was burnt to a crisp, the sandwich was so rubbery and dry. Went back to get new and the manager was so very rude and disrespectful, she said hopefully no one cries about this one as she tossed the new chicken to the worker! Then the kid came back from break and just started touching food and helping with orders and never washed his hand's, or put gloves on. I told them I wanted my money back instead of the food and they refused to give my money back. When I turned to leave there were about 7 families that left behind us bc of what happened.

Normally when i go there is a black lady that does the drivethrough and she is fantastic. Today it was some one different. Not only was my order completely wrong twice, the lid they put on my pop had another pop color splashed on it on the inside of the lid. How do i know this lid wasnt on the floor or laying on the counter for x amount of time. The lids come out of a dispencer so that means they had it laying on the counter. They can get everything wrong but they never forget to ask you if you want to round up to a dollar for donations. Focus one step at a time. Get the orders right first.

Rude cashier ... couldn't answer what was included in meals... was not smiling or nice...rushed my order and I was the only one in line... meals were bagged correctly that was a positive.

Waited 15m for an order. Chicken sandwich and some nuggets w some fries. 10m in they scream we need fries. Should of been dropped 10m ago. Rude service. Don't waste your time coming here. The staff is a running joke. I will never come here again. Hire some staff, and grow up.

Get take out, a Pot Pie and Famous Bowl. I’m in a position where I’m stuck where I am for the next 12 hours without the ability to leave, so I brought food with me.
I call, after getting to my location, to complain that with the items ordered, that clearly need a fork to be eaten, I complain that they left no forks in the bag for either item.
Because I said, “I want to thank you for not leaving silverware in my bag to eat my food….” I hear the girl answering the phone pass it to someone else saying, “I don’t know if he’s complimenting us or complaining”. As I told the second person, if the girl answering the phone doesn’t know the difference than she’s clearly too stupid to work there and is probably the very reason I was served fork-needed-to-eat food without a fork.
The staff here has alway been a few chickens short of a coop. Why I continue to roll the dice here, I guess is on me. The only saving point from today’s visit was the nice gentlemen running the drive-thru window.
Glaring sign on the wall in side their kitchen for all the employees to see, readable from the drive-thru: “Treat Every Customer Like A Friend In Your Home”. Hate to be any of these people’s friend, I’ll tell you that.

We drive to this kfc even though it's across town just because of the amazing service. Never had a bad experience here. Always polite, food is fresh!
