Tyler was good this place aint got roaches like the other. He treats me good every time i come in here.

Food was cold and service was horrible. I’ve never had a problem with this location before . Usually they’re very friendly . Asked to speak to a manager and they were so disrespectful I will never go back.

Couldn't even cut the pizza

Very rude workers I placed a mobile order and it took them over an hour to get it ready. They lied to me when I asked if my order was ready after being in the lobby for over an hour and told me it would be ready soon. They acknowledged all the other customers instead of me and just left me waiting. I will no longer be a customer to this restaurant.

Won't replace the pizza that they messed up and gave me attuide.. but the other little gave me my right order with out any attuide or anything

Jen was the manager on duty and she was pure rude. I don't know if I just caught her on a bad day or she just literally hates her job but still unnecessary..super busy spot so I get things can be crazy..it's pretty ghetto location wise..the pizza had been sitting for a minute as it wasn't fresh or hot..just disappointing

Go there just before 12:00 and they only got one lunch special ready so now it takes like 15 minutes unbelievable they wouldn't have the lunch specials ready for lunch unbelievable Just like with their other pizzas they ain't got shit ready ever everybody's always waiting everywhere you go no matter what 15 minutes 15 minutes 15 minutes for the simplest pizza that used to be ready all the time

Parking: They got so many people waiting in the parking lot cuz they don't never have nothing ready hot and ready there ain't nothing ready so now you got bunch of people waiting always Kalamazoo Michigan shiπ✓ show

This place has been doing amazing. The pizza has gotten way better. They have a lot better crew. All around the atmosphere was positive and they fix their mess ups. I know in the past it hasn't been the greatest, now the stress levels are not nearly as bad as it was. I am very pleased even with the customer satisfaction and how they all are leaders and how our little ceasers pizza have changed and feels like it used too. Thanks to all the workers for making it a better place to eat. I can enjoy the pizza when I am eatting it bc it feels like their was love in their hearts when they put that pizza in your hands. Thank you from your friendly family neighbor ❤️

Kid-friendliness: They are good with the kids. My daughter loves going in here and piking up the pizza with us.

So garbage. Ordered like 40 minutes in advance. Arrive there and told to hold on. Paid. Then waited like 30 minutes. All we had was two pepperoni pizzas. The front lady checked like two times for our order and just told us to wait. A different person came at like the end of the 30 minutes and found our order just sitting there. Forget this place.
