The fish & shrimp were extremely greasy. The grease was possibly old. Food was so greasy it was nasty & a waste of money. I couldn't eat it.I chose to eat at LJS bc we no longer have one in my city & was a terrible choice.

Best experience I've had here in quite some time. Our order took a bit longer than I expected but the fresh shrimp were worth the wait. Fries could've been hotter and they no longer have just mayo as a dip choice but the service was friendly and food was better.

The food is always great and that's is why this has been my favorite ljs location to visit. That said today's visit was a disappointment, burned 5 minutes of my lunch break at the drive thru speaker waiting to place an order as I can hear the poor employee inside having to work the window and front counter by herself. It was at this time I realized I wasn't going to get food today within my 30 minute lunch time so I had to carefully back out of the drive thru since they trap you in line with a concrete curb. Management needs to step up and get the employees they do have some help before they lose them. And I know it doesn't have to be like this the Jackson location I'm usually through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes 10 tops if they need to make something fresh, but their quality is extremely inconsistent where Battle Creek the quality is always top notch it's the wait time that is inconsistent.
Was told they would make things right by also giving me a free meal after forgetting apart of my order got there to get said items and completely was lied to and also did not accept my form of payment will not do business here again for the simple fact their word was not

Food was re cooked and boy could you tell it. After asking for for fresh they made it and it was good. Till later that night and both of us got sick. Been many years since Kalamazoo one closed and was so looking forward to it so drove to BC just for it only to eat . And it was YUK ! ??
