Every time I go past 11pm something is missing and the service is soooo slow. This time I waited for 30 minutes with only 2 people in line, just to have no sauce for my nuggets, or special grinch seasoning(the one thing they advertised with the meal), and it wasn’t even fresh or warm, 🙄

The person at the drive-thru window was more interested in talking to one of the female employees instead of giving me my order he only gave me the pop at first he was more busy talking to one of the female employees then he was of doing his job. Finally one of the managers pointed out that we were getting backed up in the line and directed him to give me my food finally. It'll be a long time before I go back to that store. Dissatisfied customer

Horrible service, the night crew don’t care to make anyone’s food, lied and said my mobile order never came through even tho I had receipt for it. Never for my food they said there was nothing they could do. I walked into the lobby because I couldn’t understand why they could find my order the manger that was there looked at my receipt and did nothing and said the lobby was closed. I walked out she slammed the door behind me and locked it.

Just came through the drive the girl taking the order was very short and got our order wrong. We ordered the new spicy Buffalo ranch bacon sandwich in a combo and got just a chicken sandwich in a combo. The staff in the driveway were very rude

This McDonald's is very clean, but never know how long you will have to wait for your food.
Overnight crew lazy, they either don’t take orders or claim they are short staffed and can only do drinks but then are handing out bags and there’s people in the kitchen. They need to fire every last one of them. Can’t even close the app off so we lose money for several days and waste gas and time to get there. Always before midnight too they are saying this. Came by just now 11/10 11:20pm they said only drinks because they are short staffed meanwhile 4 people was standing around up front doing nothing.

Went inside to order my food around 8:15pm there were 4 young men dancing behind the counter. Ordered a fillet of fish, fries and a water. Received a mcdouble, 4 piece nugget and water. Keep dancing it will take you further then your work ethic.
