Went there to grab a late dinner and there was only 3 people ahead of me and one was already at the window. I ordered my food and ended up waiting 45 whole minutes from ordering to getting my food. Thats a very very long wait for them not being busy. Then i didn’t even receive my large fries that I ordered but bc i had waited so long to get my food i just left. I only live one block away from there and my food was cold like very cold and the nuggets were hard. It didnt even seem like its was over cooked. More like it was just really old and uneatable. This was an absolute horrible experience. I experienced this one other time at the one in penfield as well and it was around 930pm both times. I think mc donalds is gonna have to be another place i stop going to from here on out. Not worth my time and a big waste of money since nothing i bought could get eaten. If u r looking for somewhere to eat, dont go to mc donalds on columbia yall its so bad there

They pull you forward to get there drive thru times down. Which is against corporate policy. Then they leave you to sit there for 10min. It’s honestly laughable how bad the service has gotten.

The worst ice caramel coffee I've ever had from McDonald's. It tastes watered down with little to no flavoring. It is consistently bad every time I get it. I will start going to a different one even though this is the one two minutes from my house.
Update. Today I ordered an iced caramel frappe nothing else and was asked to park and wait. Mind you I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait an additional 5 minutes in the drive-thru park

I think this is the worst n slowest McDonald's ever not to mention they are always messing up orders went there I order a 20 piece nugget n two chicken wraps and 6 piece happy meal well they hand me the drinks then the bag with the food in it and told me to have a nice day I didn't even leave the window yet and told them they forgot the happy meal then I was asked for the receipt and because I could not find it the person at the window told me there was nothing they could do with out the receipt

We frequently purchase at this location at 812 Columbia Ave but may have to switch locations.
