Came to get pick up. Ordered online for the drive through, as soon as I get there they are saying the order was cancelled. I go inside to get the food, I get my food, I come home, food is dryer then the Sahara. Would not recommend, horrible customer service with the additional dirty tables and bad food.

Only 3 cars in drive thru, all 3 had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes for a bacon egg cheese biscuit. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru lane last time also. No hot chocolate, machine broke. Recommend any McDonald's but this one.

Absolutely fed up with the way basic work ethic has crumbled. I'm sitting in a handicap spot, waiting on my food—because somehow, despite McDonald's being infamous for overstaffing, the employees still can’t manage to put together a simple order in a reasonable time. Looking behind me, I see five other cars also pulled off to the side, all of us waiting so the next unsuspecting customer can suffer the same fate.

I ordered a cheeseburger kids’ meal—from a burger place. At 4 p.m. on a Saturday. You’d think they’d have at least one burger patty and a handful of fries ready to go. But no. Efficiency is apparently a lost art.

Ever since COVID, expectations for basic job performance have plummeted. Corporations need to stop being afraid to hold employees accountable. Stop coddling incompetence. Stop being afraid to fire people who don’t do their jobs.

And honestly, boycotting won’t even make a difference—because the competition is just as bad. Every fast-food joint is now staffed with people who barely try, managed by leaders who refuse to lead.

Pulled into mobile order parking spot. Put my order in through the app. Thirteen minutes later, I went inside to find my order. Told the lady, I’ve been waiting outside for my mobile order. She acted like she had no clue. No apology or anything. A few minutes later, I received my cold fries and cold sandwich. Thanks for ruining my lunch time.

First I come and when I ordered it the lady was rude I was talking back then we paid we went up to the next window we got our food my boyfriend ate his pancakes and sausage and when he took his first bite it tasted like chemicals and like someone put something in the pancakes or maybe someone was washing something off with bleach and water and then touch the pancakes the pancakes were very gross. Makes me so upset because I go there everyday and get breakfast

this store is absolute bullshit lol i asked for extra ketchup and the entire burger is covered in ketchup, poorly wrapped and literally the bun is sliding off the meat. this happens every single time i go here lol how hard is it to do your job and make one burger?? what a joke
