Absolutely horrible! Ya ask for no onions and no pickles, you get extra! Don't ask for any and you get bare minimum! On top of wrong orders, the fries are normally disgusting!

Waited in li e for over 15 min 7 of that was time sitting at the call box , the kid in window 2 gave use someone else's drinks and food, when brought to there attention the manager got rude to the drivethrew kid frpm the moment I walked in with my bags.. told me I was confusing her staff with all my questions and cant blame them with how I was eagle eyeing them ...that if I didn't make them nervous I wouldn't haven't wrong bag...didn't get money back or my original order refunded had to leave store for I was ready yo rip the lady out the window and shut her mouth my way..that 38.76 is out ragous for 2 meals and one upcharge for a mall milkshake for my combo drink,

Ended up walking out tonight after witnessing the way the manager at this restaurant treated a customer today. This poor lady was having trouble with the app and kept trying to explain what was going on to the manager and all he did was cop an attitude with her and treat her like trash. Then he called the cops on her because she called corporate from the lobby like he told her to do. Unbelievable! No way am I giving my money to a business that treats its customers this way!

Everytime I come here the screw my order up I came in there because my app wasn't working I had already paid for my order it messed up on their end they told me there was nothing they could do to help me he told me he could only ring up my order and make me pay for it again he was rude didn't even care to help me than stood behind the counter covers looking at my through the holes as I called corporate. So sick of this restaurant
When employees are sick and coughing send them home. Dont let sick people work around food. They got me sick now and im pissed about it. If you arent going to send them home require them to wear a mask. There is zero reason anyone should be coughing around and handing out food.

This is the worst mcdonalds when it comes to fresh and hot food ordered using the app fries were old and Luke warm at best. One of my sandwiches, the bun, was literally rock hard & since I removed onions it should be made fresh. Hire some older staff would be an improvement I'm sure
I've been going to this McDonald's for over 5 years. The excellent service that I experienced has recently declined, maybe a new manager, who knows. I'm never going back to this location. I ordered a simple kids meal with a burger. Went home and there were only fries. Frustrated, I went back with the kids meal and receipt, and handed it back to them and send something is missing. We'll... they couldn't figure out what I wanted( even with the receipt). I went to the next drive thru window and told the young lady you didn't give me a burger with the meal. She got upset ( I didn't raise my voice) and started yelling at the customer (me). I didn't deserve that and raised my voice saying I only want the food that I paid for. Well... this female employee threw the kids meal at me and said she we getting her manager. I told her okay, hope your day gets better. Oh, I documented this interaction. Thorough about taking to the police, I'll let it go, don't want to make her day any worse. Not going back there again, plenty around, lol
