Food quality is getting worse. Smaller portions and higher prices. Too many "parking zones" instead of fixing timing issues with food production. Distracted employees. Often no napkins and incorrectly made orders.

Was asked to pull forward and wait because they had run out of fries. When I got home the only thing colder than the "fresh French fries " was the double quarter pounder I ordered. Poor service and just rotten food and this happens all the time at this location! Worst McDonald's in Battle Creek!!!!

I ordered a 2C. After waiting for my food to “get done cooking “ I get home to eat and my burger is RAW! I call up to make a complaint to be told to bring it back up or to HOLD ONTO MY FOOD EVEN IF ITS DAYS before I can get back up there or I don’t get a refund or have it replaced! How disgusting! I have to waste gas or hold onto food to get it replaced! What a joke!

Shawn was very customer friendly and understood the needs of my autistic grandson. We've been there several times and he even remembers that he can't have soda with his kids meal.
