I recommend this store only because I have never had an issue with any of my orders. However........
It would be awesome if there was just a consistent protocol for those who order ONLY hot water. I don't want to pay almost $4 for 2 hot waters because you're charging me for tea that I didn't ask for. This seems to change depending on whose working. Just a few days ago, I was told I could just ask for hot water and not be charged because it's water.

3rd time I have ordered a double filet o fish and received a single. had the special order ticket on the top of the box that clearly stated double. no line in drive through.
