Bad experience in mobile order curbside I waited more than 15 minutes for my order and they never arrived if they don't have time to go out to leave the order they should remove that

Hated having to use kiosk to order, since no one at counter. Did like the self serve drink station. Rose the lobby lady was very friendly and stopped by each table, chatted with those who wanted to and moved on for those you didn't. Food was fine, it's McDonald's, so get what you expect. Miss the old restaurants that were more fun and not so sterile.

Even had onions between the cheese. Paid with cash so I can’t get a refund and I’m definitely not driving back after I just got home. This location messed up every order I’ve had there.

I shouldn't have to re-explain my order after I ordered at the 2nd window. Service here is slow and unorganized.
Capital Ave. 7 minutes at speaker without even an acknowledgment. 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. Why do you refuse to pull people to the rail? Isn’t it better to do that than tick off an entire line of cars. Bring Krista back. Hasn’t been the same since transfer. What happened to service times? When I worked at McDonalds, we were pushed for 30 second service times. Obviously can’t do that anymore without bin food but there are only 3 cars in line. Guy in front of me just pulled away without order.

Only ordered two sandwiches in drive thru and they pulled me forward waited almost ten minutes and my food was cold and wrong when I received it. Not the first time at this location make time if you stop waiting can be long sometimes!
