Only ordered two sandwiches in drive thru and they pulled me forward waited almost ten minutes and my food was cold and wrong when I received it. Not the first time at this location make time if you stop waiting can be long sometimes!

It’s not an odd time to be busy, just be better prepared.
The morning crew has this place running like a well-oil machine. What I assume is the manager just brought the food and said that they’re are only 3 workers and grinned. When I told him that’s bad management he just turned and left.

Mama Jane made the trip worth while. Talk about amazing customer service! Went for lunch about noon; employees were amazing, kind, and food was fresh and hot.

Took forever for someone to take our order and we had to use the kiosk after about 10 minutes.
Forgot several items. Tried to short us a drink, had to ask for straws, had to pull aside and wait to long for food, no napkins in bag.

Ordered from doordash. Hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I got a big breakfast with Hotcakes. It lacked both fork and condiments. Attempted to call the store and got no answer. I've had better service from hostile individuals.
