McDonald's on B drive North has been getting worse with its service times, their manager, she is totally rude to her staff and anyone who is a little slow at ordering through the app. I usually order ahead on the app then proceed to the drive thru I ordered ~25 mins ahead of time then drove there & my food still was not ready!

Went inside this time and wasn't very happy. Ordered breakfast two sausage biscuits and two hash browns and 2 large drinks. The biscuits were hard, hash browns were soggy went asked to have them remade the cashier through attitude about it last couple of times I've gotten attitude your one of the busiest locations I'm sure needs to be worked on!

MY APPLE PIE WAS COLD, I had to ask for my sauces at the window AFTER I literally ordered them and the lady gave me an attitude anyways. Annnnddd not to mention I ordered a Coke but got a Diet Coke. poor service. good McChickens though!

12/29/2024 To the nighttime manager or shift lead running drive thru of this location: you were extremely rude. I understand you have a time for people to get from start to finish to your drive through but that was not okay. If you can remember the order stop taking the orders off your screen so you have a better time for corporate to look at. This is dedicatedly peak time for your drive through (est 7pm) but that was not okay. Hope you have a better night tomorrow

Every morning when I decide to stop there for breakfast before work they are never open on time. Doesnt matter if I get there right at open "5:30 am" or 10 to 15 minutes after, it's always the same thing "sorry we are running behind we are not open at this time". I understand every once in a blue moon because we are all human, but not every single morning. When someone is wanting a quick breakfast in the morning before work and that's the only place open at that hour and you can't get it, it's very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least.
Waited at the counter almost ten minutes trying to order while the only person working the register was taking special orders outside to waiting customers cars. The rest of the employees were just standing around, staring at me waiting.

This McDonald’s has incredibly poor service and the quality of food is also poor. I have been here multiple times in the past couple of months and I have waited over 30 minutes for my order to come out incorrectly, missing items, or the food made sloppily. Tonight I waited 20 minutes for them to bring out my order missing my four small fries and our two shakes were pure liquid. We went back in and waited another ten minutes for the fries and there were two other people inside that had received wrong orders as well. This McDonald’s seems to be very poorly managed and I would highly suggest corporate looking into it if they want this one to succeed.

Keep your order simple if you can. Even using the app, they will still get your burger order wrong. Luckily, the meal came with nuggets, so I wasn't completely out of luck for my short lunch break.
