For your sanity please go down the road to capital Ave. This place is the worst mcdonald's around. Very very slow can't get the order right and u also are missing items. Then you go inside to see to get your missing items and see why u waited 20 plus minutes. It's social hour. I've complained about this store to from what I understand to be a manager but I think it needs a new district manager and store managers. So about 3 miles away is capital Ave not the best either but if you want mcdonald's I'd go there.

This place is a complete joke! They only hear whatever they want to hear when customers are ordering. Every time I order they either don’t ring me up for items I ordered or they over ring me up. Then they have the audacity to have an attitude when you politely inform them of their mistake. Also, When we order food “Cook to Order” they have us waiting in the parking lot only to give us old food or cold food.

The Weeknd crew is my favorite, the evening crew is pretty good too! This is one of my favorite McDonald's restaurants. I worked here for 2 years in high school many years ago, and now my son is working here and on his second year of employment as well. It's a great first job! And, the owners are wonderful!

Went though the drive though on Wednesday August 23rd at 6:26 pm. Every time I tried to order the person taking the order would ask multiple times “ anything else?” Cut me off every time I tried to order something. I understand that you can be busy but I’m the only car in the drive though. People need to be able to order without being rushed, then I asked for a minute to be able to order and then nobody responded to me for over 3 minutes. I was not spoken to once at the window, and the girl even when I told her thank you; very unprofessional for this location. I’m very disappointed in the crew member.

I normally wouldn't rate a McDonald's, because the point is fast and decent, not high quality. But the service AND the food was pretty poor here, even for a McDonald's. I ordered the crispy chicken mean and the service sucked, waited 20 minutes, and got a McChicken patty instead.

My spicy chicken sandwich was cooked awful brown. We took it back and they gave us a new sandwich that looked the same way. So we decided to take a loss.
