The steaks were amazing, some of the best I have ever had. The sides and desert were delicious as well. We had filet, scalloped potatoes and crème corn brûlée. Excellent surprise dessert for our occasion we were celebrating too!

We went to Nibi’s for my wife’s birthday. We were joined by two very good friends and our daughter and our son in law.
We made reservations on line so that was quick and easy! Prior to arriving I called to let them know I would like to pick up the entire tab. The reservations person said she was unable to do that but she contacted the manager, he said no problem, we will put it in the notes regarding the reservation. Worked like a charm, after dinner there was no questions about who is paying, etc.
Ok, we arrived Nibi’s on time and we were promptly seated. The hostess was very personable and full information making us feel very comfortable. We were given water and bread straight away with the server joking about “ water and bread” :)
Waitress was totally amazing, extremely well informed about the menu, cocktails and wine.
We ordered charred cauliflower and wagu beef appetizers. Cauliflower was really good but not as good and the wagu beef!
Entrees around the table were steak, ahi tuna, sea bass and shrimp/ scallop dish.
Everything was done to order and no one was disappointed. Honestly, it was a very enjoyable and memorable evening due in large part to our server and of course the food!
Recommend Nibi’s without hesitation or reservation (pun intended)

My husband had the bone in ribeye. It was huge. But really had no flavor. My brother-in-law had the pork chops, he said they were delicious. My sister-in-law had the wedge salad. It was a joke( especially for the price). I had the sea bass. It was also delicious. I gave the food 3 stars because I don’t believe any of the meals were worth the outrageous prices.

We ate there for the first time on 3/12/25. We had absolutely no expectations since we didn't know the menu or anything about the restaurant itself. We chose to eat there because we were essentially eating free.
First, the staff was friendly and attentive. There's nothing bad I can say about the host that sat us our or server. At no time did we have to wait for refills, food, etc. This is a major plus.
The food is given 4 stars due to cost and the taste of the Caesar salad. While interesting and petty presentation, the salad dressing itself wasn't delicious at all. Almost flavorless you could say? There were two in our party and neither of us liked it. Now, cost.... while the rest of our meal was absolutely mouth watering, the cost was outrageous. The steak and lobster tail was $110 with most, very small sides, being between $8-$15. I understand good food is an art but a final bill of $185 for two people is not worth the trip back if having to pay out of pocket. I still give the food 4 stars but be prepared to pay.
The atmosphere was ok. Tables spaced out nicely with cloth tablecloth. 4 stars due to noise and somewhere inebriated patrons coming from the casino for dinner. While Nibi portrays itself to be elegant, it's somewhat difficult to achieve fully when you have a table or two speaking and laughing quite loudly. These must have been regulars as the server and manager were laughing with them quite often. Note that the manager visited this table at least 5x while we dined but we didn't see him visit other tables or ours to inquire on our visit. Unsure if they don't do this or not but most restaurants we visit do, even small scale ones.

I used to love Nibi before they moved it. I haven’t been there in a while so I went last week. It was awful. The food was not tasty at all. The prices are very high for the quality of the food. One tiny crab leg for $50! The ribeye was $80 and it was something I’d expect from Applebees. Bring back the old Nibi!!!

Service wasn't the greatest , I believe because I'm not a high roller. I sat at the bar and had to ask for refill on drinks and to send my salad back because it was the bottom core of the head of lettuce. I never never asked if I needed anything or how my meal was. When I eat in Nibi with the high rollers I get awesome service but Saturday night ,I didn't have the greatest service

We have been to the other restaurants in the casino since they opened, but this was the first time at Nibi. The staff was great, and everything was timed well. It was a special occasion and they gave us a free crème brûlée, which was delicious! The Caesar salad, chicken and rice soup, and the pork chop were all very good. We would return for another special occasion.
There were only two things that weren’t my favorite, the first being the location next to the hotel bar right. I feel like Nibi’s old location it was a bit quieter (it’s now by the hotel entrance), and I thanked the host for seating us far away from that bar (it was loud that night!). The second thing is the prices, as it was expensive for most of the entrees, and we definitely saved up for a special occasion (a birthday).

Had dinner with my mom. We both had stomach issues afterward. She had the shrimp and scallops, the scallops were good but the shrimp was very rubbery. I had the Wagyu Short rib, and it had a weird sweet spice to it, and whatever was accompanied with it was uneatable. Was sick all night and the next day, both of us.
