November 2025. Finally tried the Wagyu (Short Rib) Pot Roast. VERY tender, as pot roast should be. Nice portion with veggies and potato. Demi sauce added nice enhancement to the beef without overpowering it. Hosts and manager Clara, Hailey, and Caleb welcomed me as if they were happy I chose to eat there. They sat me at a window seat, which felt like the first time I got to sit at the adult table on Thanksgiving! My server Mindy explained the new dish that sounded good but that I was afraid to try because it meant passing up other dishes I knew I loved. My risk was rewarded by a delicious and satisfying meal. Mindy was GREAT! The chef created an excellent take on a traditional pot roast. Great job! The staff honored my advance request to slightly chill a bottle of Cabernet. I won some money this weekend, but the food and especially the staff were the best part of my visit.

Our first time visiting on a whim so we went in with no expectations. We were not that hungry so we ordered the wagyu teriyaki and French onion soup as an appetizer and then split a rib eye, onions, Yukon potato puree (loaded) and zip sauce. Service was wonderful - extremely tentative to our water glasses too which is always nice. Food was delicious and jam packed with flavor. Will be back.

Outstanding food and service! My husband and I have eaten at Nibi's about 6 times. Each time the food has been DELICIOUS and the service OUTSTANDING❣️ Each time, the Manager has checked in on us asking how's the food, etc. Our waitress checked on us, timely filled our drinks and gave us extra bread, etc. with our leftovers. The Prime Rib was huge & cooked perfectly. My husband is a vegetarian and had 4 sides (baked potato, asparagus, brussel sprouts, mushrooms) ALL fantastic!! All ratings were 5 out of 5 except Ambience. I gave a 4 out of 5 because the restaurant was cold. It could have been because the restaurant just opened. I overheard another customer complain about the coldness and the restaurant was warming up as we were leaving. Bottom line-Great food & service. The apple cheesecake-So Good!!

Recently my sister, brother-in-law and myself dined at Nibi's at Firekeeper's Casino. Everything was fantastic -- from the service we received to the food we all ordered. I can't recall when/if I have had a better meal. My sister & I both had the shrimp & scallops with pasta and we were over the moon about the meal ! My brother-in-law had the filet mignon & baked potato, which he said was also excellent. Our waitress was friendly, efficient and checked on us a number of times to see how we were doing. I realize the prices are steep, but as I have been told, you get what you pay for. We will definitely be returning to Nibi's for another meal in the near future.
