Annoyed that there was no one to take my order. Then after struggling through the kiosk, a customer service person showed up to take an order of someone that came in behind us. They had their order in before ours. On the positive side; I love their food! 😍

Me and my fiance love coming here because their food is healthier and more natural than other fast food, with no artificial ingredients etc. The food tastes great but the portions are pretty small for as high of a pice as it is. They leave all the bread out on shelves so it just collects dust all day. Same with some of the deserts. Their sip club is a little overpriced unless you get coffee there every day we used it for a while and it didn't really break even. Most of their teas are pretty weird. My fiance described the purple lavender drink as tasting like a downy dryer sheet. They are usually pretty fast at making the food. I love their macaroni and cheese! Staff is friendly but sometimes I've had them totally forget to put toppings on my sandwich, but they usually make up for it with an even larger portion in a little cup.

I call to place an order, and was asked if I can pay by card over the phone, I said yes, then was left on hold for 5 minutes. It is not even lunch hour. If you don't want to work, quit your job and stop giving folks bad service. 🤬
