I just walked in to pick up a pizza and they had a 4 year old kid walking around on the counters where the pizzas are cut. This kinda stuff is not acceptable in the restaurant industry and need better management if they think this kinda shit is acceptable.the cheese also wasn't even fully melted just like the last time we orders from here as well I don't think I'll be going back. I don't want undercooked pizzas and have to worry about a 4 year old messing with my food while walking around on the counters. Since the box on my pizza wasn't even closed when they brought it too me.

Call and ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and extra sauce. I paid for delivery and everything. The guy comes from grubhub, does not speak a word of English next thing. I know he had sucked my pizza in the snow bank by my front door would never go there again. They need to have people that can speak

I am a dasher for door dash. I have had several people complain about not getting all items of their orders and I have had to wait up to 45 minutes for simple orders. Two pizzas with sauce specially, this has happened numerous times in the last month alone. Be prepared for a long wait. Don't expect your pizza to get there quick. That cuts into my time to dash and cuts into my ratings.

We ordered a Large Extra Cheese pizza from Papa John's on W Columbia Ave. Battle Creek and was disappointed to see a pizza that appeared to be a "Reduced Cheese" pizza instead of an "extra cheese" pizza. Not sure if they are trying to save cost by putting as little cheese on their pizza as they can get away with! We usually love Papa John pizza from other stores. Probably will avoid this particular store in the future.

This was the worst pizza papa john’s ever delivered!!! Spoke with with local battle creek store manger and i was told order would be replaced and redelivered still have not received order which is now pass store closing hours issue was reported immediately after delivered at 10:45.

Very disappointed I'd requested a pickup time. I arrived early and my pizza was already done. My guess it has been sitting there for a long time based on how cold it was. Don't offer that option if employees are not going to pay attention to it.
There was a lady employee that refused to give us plates. She was horrible to the other employees and she needs remand. This makes me never want to go here and she owes all the other employees a apology. No one should be treated like that.

We love Papa John-s pizza, unfortunately we will most likely not be buying it again. The ordering system is ridiculous! First of all, I called Papa John's and believed I was speaking to the store I would be picking up the pizza from. Ten minutes later, after an extremely frustrating attempt at communicating my order before the phone operator FINALLY repeated it back correctly, I informed her that I had a coupon for a free medium pizza, at which point she said, "Ok, can you give me the coupon?" I read the coupon to her (not sure how else I would 'give' her the coupon over the phone) then she said "Sure, we can do that, let me transfer you to the store." I have now wasted 15 minutes ATTEMPTING to order a pizza...I hung up and we got Chinese. To whom it may concern, I should be calling the store when I think I'm calling the store! The current ordering system is, again, Ridiculous!
