Gone downhill a lot in the last year. A quarter of my pizza here is just crust. The crust is literally like 2 in wide. I didn't realize I was ordering bread. Always get raw pizza too.

Paid 40.00 for a large pizza and chicken bites and was giving garlic bread. Manager was quick to fix my order most places will not do that.

There was hair in my food. When talking to the manager they didn’t apologize and told me that everyone had their hair up and it was probably just a loose shirt hair. As I have worked in food service before this is not how you handle hair in someone’s food. I would have liked to have been told that the manager would talk to their staff and make sure everyone comes in with their hair up and in a hair net and double check to make sure no loose hairs are on any part of their clothing.

I just walked in to pick up a pizza and they had a 4 year old kid walking around on the counters where the pizzas are cut. This kinda stuff is not acceptable in the restaurant industry and need better management if they think this kinda shit is acceptable.the cheese also wasn't even fully melted just like the last time we orders from here as well I don't think I'll be going back. I don't want undercooked pizzas and have to worry about a 4 year old messing with my food while walking around on the counters. Since the box on my pizza wasn't even closed when they brought it too me.
