Enter Pennfield Pizzaāa true gem for gluten-free pizza lovers, and as my kids and wife teased me with the delicious-smelling ā normal ā š a master of that as well.
I tried their 10ā gluten-free pizza. The crust was delightfully crispy on the outside and just soft enough on the inside, providing the perfect base for my favorite toppings. I went with a classic combo of sausage, onions, and green peppers, and each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors.
What impressed me most was their attention to dietary restrictions. While they note that their kitchen isnāt a certified gluten-free environment, they take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, which I greatly appreciate. Itās comforting to know they care about their customersā health and well-being. As a business owner myself it's attention to the details that matter, and I take note of that.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish, and gave me the small town feel that I know and love and is also why we located our office in Pennfield as well. So whether youāre gluten-intolerant or just looking to try something new, I highly recommend giving their gluten-free pizza a shot. It's been a couple years since we have had Pennfield Pizza. We ordered it tonight and now we know why we stopped having it. We are extremely disappointed. The crust is the worst. It tastes like flour and has the texture of cardboard. Even with the sauce and the toppings, there wasn't much flavor. We will NOT order from here again.
