The lady at the counter was so rude they said 25 mins when i got there they didnt have my order at all so this lady processeds to say sorry about your luck with the rudest attitude would not all recommend ever to anyone.

Manager Dave was very rude and helping me with my order and act like he didn’t want to help me didn’t want to give me the gm phone number to her office And I just felt very uncomfortable with the delivery. Dave needs to be trained on customer service.

WellI bought my food at 1449 Michigan Ave, Battle Creek, MI 49037 it cost me $61.16 on New Year's Eve at 10:00 pm but then when I check my card it says it took off $73.39 so why are you guys ripping the receipts says opposite so I appreciate it y'all please give me my money back for $73.39 that is not right for y'all ripping me off

I love the food as always, however I find myself frequently irritated with the app as it is always kicking me out and then somehow locking me out when I am wanting to use the app because I have available points... App also seems to have an issue going state to state... IDK frustrating, but I always love the food!Service was great... ordered takeout, but because of the app I had to order inside and the staff was wonderful.
