Been many years since we have been here. Our waitress (Heidi) gave us some of the best service that we have ever received, anywhere. Our food was cooked perfectly, worth every penny we spent...... We will be back again

Ever since Bruce retired this location has just sucked as far as service and hospitality. My wife and i sat around for 10 minutes. The l waitress passed us 4 different times never acknowledged us. There was another server who served the table next to us( they came in 10 mins after we arrived). He acknowledged them with biscuits, which we still yet had, and a drink order. I ended up having to get the manager. And that's when my waitress finally realized I was sitting there. She never asked how our food taste. The mussels were extremely over done and disgusting.

I honestly don't know how the food tasted. We asked for a table of 8 to be held at 6pm when they opened and they said they would have it ready. We got there and they told us an hour wait... so we went to Dennys and got service faster, treated better and the kids were happy.

Waited forever to get approached my a server. Never received biscuits even though I asked for them. Every single table got biscuits besides me. The service is consistently bad there!

The portions were a lot smaller for the money than I expected, however it all tasted pretty good. Even though they were very busy the wait was only 20 minutes.

The steak was overcooked, I had to ask twice for butter for my baked potato, I had to ask twice for coffee, I had to ask twice for a spoon. All of this would have been no concern if it weren't so insanely expensive. Nearly $200 for three people with tip. It's just another stupid corporate chain restaurant on a strip.
