Although I have moved to Grand Rapids MI, I still am frequently in Battle Creek. The tacos in Grand Rapids are absolutely fantastic. However, this place still draws me in. Small, warm and nice service. The food is good and the tacos are amazing. Honestly, what more do you want from a local Mexican restaurant. Loved it when I lived there and still do.

Food is ok, service is horrible. The waitresses are more concerned about laughing and joking that refilling water, bringing the bill etc. I was the only customer, won't return!

I have 6-7 mexican restaurants within 5 minutes of my house, but when i want authentic Mexican I drive to the north side of town to Salsa. Clean, welcoming, superb salsas (per their name), and closest i have found to authentic Mexican since living there for years. Best overall Mexican value in town.
