My wife tried to take advantage of the buy 1 sandwich get 1 free offered on the Schlotzsky's phone app today (offer code 4224). She didn't have her phone with her and the manager basically called her a lier. Maybe Schlotzsky's managers should have the Schlotzsky's phone app so they are aware of current specials. Horrible customer service. My wife, however, ended up getting a great sandwich from Pastrami Joe's just down the street.
