The employee's are always greeting, servicing with smiles & are always polite. They don't slack off & just substitute things they don't have when ordered another, they always inform you when things are out. It's nice

This is the second time eating here and the second time my order was messed up. Caesar salad had no croutons. Last time it was chicken and the dressing. Your Caesar salads literally have four ingredients: lettuce, parmesan, croutons, and chicken, and a dressing packet. So how does the genius putting the lids on not notice something is missing? And the lids are clear so how does the other genius who packs the bags not notice that something is missing? My Reuban was missing the dressing, again. Again. Hello? Sandwich goes into bag, dressing goes into bag. How are so many people not noticing missing things? A mistake every once in a while is one thing, but this is simply a matter of not paying attention at all and it happens at this particular restaurant all the time. Those little things you keep forgetting to pack add up and we end up paying for a heck of a lot more than we're getting. Your restaurant is ripping people off daily and making no effort to change that. No thanks. Avoid this location.

Food is always good. Staff is always friendly. Always pretty fast service. In all the times that I've been there, I only remember them messing up my order once. They do quite often forget the bread with the salad LOL so if that's something you're really looking forward to you might not get it. But other than that it's always good

We also had a schlotzskys back home in Texas and up until here recently we thought the nearest one was 12 hrs away. My wife is so happy we found this one only 1.5 hours from us. Sandwiches have always been really good here.

I haven't been to a Schlotzsky's since I was a kid and didn't know they still existed. I was so excited to see one near us when we were in town at the air show!
I would've given a 5 star review, but the bathrooms so beyond disgusting. It looks like the toilets, floors, and walls haven't been cleaned in many months, and the smell was so nasty that I lost my appetite. The food was really good but please work on the cleaning of this place. At this point, I would hire a professional cleaning crew to do a deep clean because no average cleaner can get it clean enough.
