Frustrated with our first and only order .... it was served Togo in a black plastic bag and tinfoil. There was plenty of Togo boxes in the server station.... right next to where my food pick up was. My tots and fries were soggy and cold due to lack of container. The chicken wrap was soaked in ranch... and my burger was overcooked. And again the burger was soaked in condensation from the tinfoil and bag it was given in. Subpar food, from what I see. Idk tho cause my food was too wet to try. Still waiting on my manager call back to fix the situation. Almost 11 hours and still waiting.

Serious dogs has some serious good food. Huge fan of the Spicy BBQ wings, they are large and delicious. I have tried a few of the dogs and they have all been great but there are multiple other favorites on the menu, including wraps and flatbreads. Service has always been Friendly and Noah is Great! Plenty of tv's with sports on as well. I keep going back!

Have to change my review. I also agree with what Tina said. It's lost it's charm, the food is mediocre now, and it's just your average dive bar now. Like we need another. I have gone twice since it reopened as a bar. The first time they brought me the wrong food. So I had to sit there and watch my date eat while they made mine. But they left my fries there to get cold. This time I got it to go. My friend are covered in big hard burned chunks of something. They apparently got rid of there really good BLT they had before. Now it's over toasted hard regular sandwich bread with brown lettuce and tomato butts. I won't be back. This used to be one of my go to places before they shut down. It's also loud, crowded and the wait staff was standing next to me at the bar complaining about being miserable.

Always a great meal! Interesting flavor combos for hot dogs and burgers, and great sandwiches and apps also. Food is always out quickly and the service is super friendly. Prices are fair, you get a good amount of food.

We used to love this place. The remodel of Serious Dogs was a serious misstep. The once family friendly atmosphere is gone. You walk in to be met with a sterile atmosphere and a huge bar. There is no clear place to order. The waitress let us order and then told the other table about a 2 for one special we were not offered that would have saved us significantly for the same order without chips, which we told her we didn’t want (yes we still gave a 20% tip and we will speak with not returning verses arguing over a few dollars). The cozy booths are gone. There is no place to sit without being exposed to the people at the bar. This place is NO LONGER kid friendly. They used to have the best cheese curds in the world. Now they are small, chewy, and not close to the former quality. The hotdogs were still good, but we were just sad to see one of our favorite places turned into this. There is a huge room in the back that could have housed the bar and kept the special former character of this place. It’s clear the customer base they are trying to draw and it isn’t their former loyal families. My kids were crushed that their former favorite place has been reduced to this. Very disappointed after the long wait for them to reopen. We took our food and left. Don’t think we’ll be back.Kid-friendliness: This is no longer a kid friendly atmosphere.

Overly priced for what they are. I'd rather make the drive to Chicago for a proper Chicago dog. It's not the toppings alone that make a Chicago dog but the actual hot dog and the way its cooked. Wouldn't recommend.

Waitress was lovely, we had a great experience here. My husband's burger was a bit over seasoned with something but couldn't figure it out, the chef salad was pretty good and the gouda mac and cheese was good, but not hot, my son ate the gouda burger and loved it. Fries were great, pulled pork tots weren't

A great sports bar for smash burgers and hot dogs. Friendly staff seems to take pride in the food. Very clean presentation not a slop burger joint by any means. Gouda MacnCheese on a bacon burger with ranch and fries and a beer.Parking: Parking in rear aswell
