My only complaint hands down is that I end up with a lot of chunks in my matcha. It would be really nice if they would take an extra minute to just blend that powder when it's in the bottom with a little bit of the liquid and then add more liquid. Matcha chunks are never enjoyable on their own for me at least. But the prices are good. The food is always wonderful and the service is great here! Bathrooms are always clean. I can't honestly say after 4 years of going to this Starbucks that I've ever had a bad time. Love these guys

Everyone here is super nice, but every time I get my coffee (caramel macchiato) from here it always tastes like burnt espresso. Ive had it remade and sometimes it’s better but I shouldn’t have to ask for that every time. I’m an ex-barista and I know what espresso is supposed to taste like and what it’s not. Sucks that I have to drive 15 minutes just to get good coffee from the Colombia location.

The barista at this store was very kind, helpful and accommodating to transfer my order from another location mistakenly placed ? as we were heading home on a cross country road trip where a Starbucks stop was essential!

Used to stop in here 2-3 times a week for a large vanilla latte with almond milk. I bought three drinks in one week that were HORRIBLE! I watched each of them being made, and all had correct ingredients. This tells me the employees are refusing to clean the machines. I’m paying for a drink and tipping for service. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I have been going to Starbucks for more than 20 years in a bunch of other places including Winnipeg Canada. If my drink order is ever wrong; they will remake it. Just be nice. You get better results with being kind. I have gotten frustrated with my order of coffee ☕. Between my Canadian accent and Parkinsons disease sometimes the words coming out of my mouth are misunderstood.
This location is friendly. They make really good coffee ☕. All stores are high volume and it's stressful. If your order is constantly wrong maybe take a step back and drink tea ?

Unimpressed by the lack of customer service I have come to expect from Starbucks. The staff was polite, but not friendly or helpful. I definitely recommend going to the Starbucks on Columbia Ave if you are in Battle Creek and need your caffeine fix.
