Exactly what you expect from Starbucks. Patient and helpful service that crafts your beverages as customized as you like. Also, the sugar cookie cold foam is such a delicious winter delight!

This is one of the worst locations. They do NOT have a clue when it comes to standards according to Starbucks corporation. We ordered apiece of pumpkin loaf to be left on the wrapper, according to Starbucks corporate office, YES it can be left in the wrapper. If you are a manager learn this. Also when someone orders a Strawberry Acai Lemonade refresher with extra base thar does not mean extra Lemonade. The remake was even worse. Surprised this location is still operational.

VeryVERY good scones and coffee and coffee and coffee! hamburgers and pasta salad station was a good touch to the atmosphere of this here ye cafe. Really loved the NEW ADDITION OF THE GOAT ZOO OUTSIDE! I fill my shoes with modge podge and cement every night to help me sleep. I went on the day of the rapture, got nearly lifted right out, very holy coffee and scores and hamburgers and pasta salad. I am selling my iphone SE it has 458,905 miles, pretty good if you ask me. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
Shovel the goat poop. Very good coffee, i really liked the egg salad pasta salad, makes my mouth salivate at the thought. Anywho lets go wildcats!

Did a mobile order. Waited over 20 minutes. When asked what I ordered, it was still sitting in the blender. Drink tasted like cold milk. Wasn’t going to go back in and wait again.

The lady working the counter was rude. I’ve always scan by rewards in while ordering and apparently I froze the system when doing this. Which the total for the order was already up. It didn’t freeze it long enough 10 seconds or less… the attitude we got was uncalled for in customer service… it makes me appreciate my hometown Starbucks employees…

Extremely unsatisfied after the remodel/update. I'm not sure if the new Frappuccino machine is too difficult or what but every. Single. Time. I come here my order is wrong. I've tried to give more chances but I'm let down every time. $7 everyday. It's extremely expensive to waste on drinks when i truly don't mind spending the money if my order, that i place via mobile app, was correct. It literally has the ingredients on the sticker, on the cup. The Starbucks on Columbia has it together! Might have to start driving out of my way to get a correct drink.

The only bad thing I can say is not knowing where it was and trying to follow signs from highway is it sits back in and sign isnt very big, only saw it cause i was stopped at light. Bigger taller woulda been better.

The staff were very friendly, we went inside and they were speedy with making our drinks, the space was clean and well kept, all their items were stocked, and over all a great experience.
They do have a drive thru and offer ordering through the mobile app.

I used to order via the app for pickup 5-6 days a week at the Beckley Rd location. It’s been awhile and I had even forgotten that I was told it was closed for remodeling, until I walked in and saw the esthetic changes. Previously, I was only ever greeted and thanked 1 out of 30 times. I felt like a Starbucks this morning. 6 employees, not a single customer in lobby or drive through. I was only greeted by loud (weird) music and seeing slow, almost robotic employees moving about doing a whole lot of nothing except talking about one of the employee’s ailments of sorts. Granted, there may have been other orders via app for pickup, but 15 minutes wait in an empty coffee shop is ridiculous. No sense of urgency. No “hello” or “thank you.” You can put lipstick on a sloth, but it still a sloth…..

I generally love Starbucks however since this location has reopened from their remodel it has been terrible. I’ve gone there several times and each time the coffee has been awful. It’s either watery or taste burnt. Yesterday I spent $9 on one cup of coffee, took two sips and threw it out because it was so bad. It tastes like they either burnt it or need to clean their equipment. I’m disappointed that it’s gotten so bad since they reopened.
