Every single time I go here they mess up my coffee drink order. It ALWAYS taste like water coffee. I’m never a person to complain but when I spend 6$ for a drink and every time they mess it up then something needs to be said. Every other Starbucks makes my drink perfectly fine. I’ve decided I’m done going here. If you want any type of latte or espresso do NOT go here…. Like it doesn’t even look like the right color….

My best friend and I went through the drive through this morning and Sarah handed out our coffees we always look forward to seeing her positive and happy smile on our morning routine. They forgot something and I stood there waiting for 7 minutes. Had 3 employees look at me and quickly look away. When I finally said excuse me, the barista was super snappy and said “yeah, we’re busy” I get that but I was trying to be polite. I went back to my car and undid my tip. Never again.Kid-friendliness: They aren’t even friendly to adults.

We made a very simple order: 2 drinks, and 2 bakery items. After receiving our drinks and one of the bakery items. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited. I went back up to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting to see where our other bakery item was. The person who rang us up said there were a lot of mobile orders but we would be up soon. After waiting another 10 minutes, the same individual came over and told us they never actually rang us up for our second item. Instead of offering to make it right and give us the item we very clearly ordered and to rectify making us wait 30 minutes , the barista said “well if you want it you need to go order it.” Horrible service with no accountability for their own mistake. Do not expect to be treated like a valued customer at this place.

My son, went to starbucks and found a BUG on his drink. We think it’s because he’s white. The staff, looked at us with mean, dirty, and nasty looks. I was going to fight them, but I didn’t. Picked up a Matcha Frappuccino as well as a Christmas Blend coffee and the service was quite efficient for as busy as they were.Sadly the counters were disgusting with debris everywhere, even worse where they put your drinks for pickup.We tried to use their restrooms as we've been traveling, and they were locked and no one seemed to be able to help us.

I come every Friday and get the same drink made the same way. Never had an issue today when I went through the drive-through the price was different so I went to say something I didn’t know if they put the wrong size in or not the lady was kind of rude and said she put it in as a different size because she was actually eavesdropping on our conversation I was having with my husband I get up to the take out window by Drake. Don’t look at all what it should look like or has any other week so I explain to her that doesn’t look nothing like it should she gets frustrated switches out with somebody else and I had to have my dreams remade as I was explaining to them that there was something different in the price and that’s what I was concerned about she said go she sitting there, rolling her eyes very unprofessional, I tip the person who made my drink again for me, but if this is a Service, I’m gonna get I’m gonna find a different one to go to

Not very friendly at all! I placed an online order and went in to get it. No one even acknowledged that I was there. Even when the person put my drink right in front of me!! No one se was even in the store!
