This is the best Starbucks consistently I have been to. The baristas (like Marshiana, Gabe, Becca, Joey, and many other baristas) have always been smiling, very professional, friendly, polite, and overall very pleasant to interact with. I have heard in the drive thru in front of me regulars come through who are on a first name basis. This is the Starbucks that will always make your day better. They make the drinks right, they are consistently the same every time, and they are more than happy to help with anything you need. Thank you so much to the lovely people who make this Starbucks what is it!

I am a big fan of Starbucks. I am very happy that there is a store on this street. I buy three cold drinks here almost every day. People here are generally very friendly. Until this Saturday afternoon, I ordered through the drive-thr as usual. A lady served me. The first time, I couldn't hear clearly whether she asked me to wait a moment, so I ordered into the microphone. The second time, I heard her rude voice yelling "wait a moment" at me, which scared me! Maybe she was a little busy. This attitude was the first time I encountered it in Starbucks, which was a bit unbelievable! I hope she doesn't scare others! After all, sometimes it's not the customer's fault if they can't hear you clearly!

Lied about having the gingerbread frappe I called before I went even asked did they have the little ginger bread cookies toppers they said “oh yes we have it and all the toppings “ drive 20 mins from my house just to get too the window and now they don’t have it but can make me a frappé similar UMMMMM NO I want what I asked for I then called the store back and asked why did they lie to get me there and try to make me buy something else she then was rude and said I didn’t really hear what you said ok that’s fine why didn’t you ask me what I said false advertising
