Sadly the new Clover brewed ice coffee lacks flavor and depth. In order to get it to old standards I've had to add two shots of espresso. Now my iced coffee is about $7.50. I'll be finishing my sbux card balance and changing where I get my iced coffee. Way too expensive and for less quality.

I was wondering why my coffee was leaking all over my cup holder… don’t even get me started on the Starbucks cups and lids these days. They do not stay on…. But this is just wrong. I get that you probably have complaints about not filling the cup full enough, but this is overkill. As a former Starbucks barista, there should be a little room between the rim and coffee. The lid can’t seal if it’s doused in liquid.

Took granddaughter there. She was given Starbucks card as a gift. She got a couple product and the drink and donut treat she was very happy with it. I used the restroom and I loved the cleanliness and up dated style. Was the first time I have ever been. ?

It's the slowest store ever!! Employees are rude and crewing around and busy making themselves drinks and food instead of serving the customers in the store. Absolute shot show in that store. Prefer BC original by the mall. Fast and friendly.
