Was greeted right away from the staff. Hate ordering from a kiosk, but that seems to be the norm everywhere. The burgers were juicy and hot. The fries now cooked in beef tallow are delicious!! Shakes were great. Great location.

I had never tried Steak n' Shake before but I regret it. The fries were cold, terrible and had a weird aftertaste. My burger was gross and extremely greasy especially the bun. The whip cream in the shake had thick chunks in it. The bathroom was out of hand soap, the condiments stand was out of napkins and messy. There's no servers to take your order/very little customer service but the kiosk still asks if you want to give a tip. I felt sick 2 hours after eating this meal.

The burger patties are paper thin. I ordered the double cheese burger meal and if it wasn't for the cheese between the two patties you couldn't tell that it was a double burger. The fries also seem really skinny and rubbery to me. The best part of the meal was the Oreo shake that was super thick and delicious.
