We've eastern here once and it was great one we got our correct orders. But now the Google hours seem out of date...showed up this evening (Sunday) with out of town guests and they were not open as stated online. We called and their outgoing voicemail had different information...which seems more current. But it was a bummer.

We heard so much about this place we drove from Kalamazoo to try it. They have enticing burger choices with specialty toppings and options. Two of us went and we waited for about 25 minutes, which was long but manageable. I ordered the Spicy Cowboy and it was missing the Jalapeño and Pepper Jack Cheese: two key ingredients so needless to at, my burger had no spice. My partner ordered the Georgia peach with Grilled Chicken which was supposed to include Arugula and a cherry jam. They put a slab of lettuce (not Arugula) and there was a small dollop of cherry jam. When we asked about the missing ingredients Kathy said “nah, we are out of those. We haven’t had Arugula in a long time and he (?) forgot to buy jalapeños today. Sorry.” There was no sincerity in that “apology.” The food was HOT which was a plus, but with all that went into finding the restaurant (which wasn’t super easy), we felt that Kathy lacked a key ingredient too…. Be humble and know that the customer is always right. Don’t advertise what you don’t have, and certainly communicate with your customers if you are out of something. Don’t assume that the customer will be overjoyed with your substitute and lack of communication. This isn’t the food truck where when you run out of something it’s gone.We won’t be returning and we certainly won’t be recommending it to friends. We are foodies and love to share our experiences with our family and friends. Kathy, this one is on you. Best of luck to the owners and getting help that is in line with your core values.

loaded fries. Six chicken wings, dipping sauce & drink $15! Yum - fries & chic wings. Critique, burger patties could use more flavor & very thin. I would offer they switch to a thicker burger meat!

Stopped in for lunch during a UC baseball tournament. If we lived in the area, we would be in trouble! The staff was so helpful and friendly, the food was quick and fresh! I had a CBR and my husband the Soho. Both had great flavor and a variety of textures. Would highly recommend!

Great food! Best french fries around! Have yet to try the burgers as the chicken sandwich is so good.

The food was amazing!! I had the lame-o burger it was really good! I also had an order of loaded fries. I believe they were called sunny fries. They were amazing!!!! Suns out buns out is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. You can go to fast food places and get a nasty cheap burger or you can go here and pay a little more and get great food! Service was amazing! The owners were in the back cooking but periodically came out and indulged in conversation. Great people! The atmosphere was pretty cool too. The set up of the place was very unique!! You won't regret coming here I promise

THEE BEST F*^#%ING BURGER I'VE HAD IN MY LIFEThis place is top notch. The environment is fun, lively, open and awake. With a little cozy corner too. Beautiful art around, including those burgers!Deliciously juicy, tastes as a burger always should. I have VERY serious standards. And this place meets em n more. Quick, tasty, and fun. You will love this joint.

Delicious burgers and fries! A bit pricey but worth it every time. Take advantage of their deals.

The pictures don't do it justice. The burger was delicious and the fries were piping hot. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is the soda I got (they do bottled drinks/soda) wasn't cold. In all likelihood, it was probably just put in the fridge. If you are in the neighborhood and want a good burger, don't waste your time on a fast-food burger. Stop here, order some food, take a seat and relax, and enjoy a delicious meal. Supposedly they post specials on their FB page too, such as 2 for $24 (burger+fries) that we got today.

Ordered out. They made my burger well done as requested and everything was perfect. The fries are out of this world delicious! Tried cherry cheesecake for dessert and it was very authentic tasting and delicious as well. Very happy for my first time here, was worth the drive and will be back!

Great place to get a burger! One of the best olive burgers I have ever had! Service was great too! Went there on the recommendation of a friend and I’m glad I did. Will be back.

The food is really good. Messy, for sure, but still really good flavor. Nice seating area inside. Prices are a bit high $13-15 for a burger and fries. Upgrade to deluxe fries and a Faygo you're at $20. Website does not seem complete. Pretty hard to find the menu and some links take you to a blank page. Website needs some work.
