There needs to be a ZERO star option. Ordered on the app, picked up thru drive-thru. Received wrong drink, had to tell them the correct drink at drive thru window. Arrived home with rest of order and discovered wrong items. Called manager, who was no help and would not refund money. Wanted me to drive 20 miles back to get correct items that day. Would not give a credit for another day when we were back in town. What a joke. Save yourself a headache and avoid this Taco Bell location. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered a Cheese and Bean Burrito and the young lady wasn’t sure which burrito I wanted so she charged me for one and gave me one of each one for free. It was very kind. Love this location

I have never been to a Taco Bell, where that basically forgets about Dine in people. You order and pay on a kiosk. They don't give you drink cups unless you ask for them even though your order allows one. They don't greet you or even say thank you. I think I'd get better service going they the drive thru. Luckily, I'm self-sufficient, but where is the loyal customer service. Today, the cantina chicken and the beef tasted "off." I bet it wasn't fresh and instead warmed up. Who knows.

I must be getting old. The only way to order is through the kiosk the app. Even the drive through is ai. I won't be going to taco bell anymore. I don't like computers talking to me. And the lady at the window was a bi/"&! Edit. Just took a drink a my dew. They're machine is not working correctly again. For 22 bucks, this is sad!

It's taco bell on NE Capital, what can I say. For some reason it hasn't always been the best one of the Battle Creek locations. Food is still on point.

Weighted behind the car in front of me for almost 10 minutes. Whatever happened to can you please pull over to the side your order is taking a bit long. Got my order home and the taco has maybe an ounce of meat in half an ounce of lettuce in it.
