20 minutes to get through 3 cars in drive thru. If you want fast, this isnt the place to go.
Edit: Changed from 3 star to 5. This one warranted an edit. Drive through times are night and day better here now. Took less than 2 minutes to get through drive through. Vast improvement from the previous time I reviewed that took 20 mins.

The past several times we've gotten breakfast from here, the hash browns have been way over cooked and pretty much inedible (ntm the burritos being more tortilla than filling). It would be nice if we could eat the food we pay for. And no, I don't want to be contacted or anything, I just want the food to be better.

I obtained a “ONE free item of your choice” coupon a few months ago from Taco Bell for a mess up with meat (because I don’t eat meat). The coupon expires 12/31/25. It says in the fine print its able to be used on an item of my choice priced $10 or less, and not to be used on boxes, party packs, etc.
Tonight, I tried using it at said Taco Bell above around 8:30. My boyfriend and my own order contained a 5-Layer Beefy Burrito, a Mt. Dew Baja Blast, and a Strawberry Drangonfruit Refresca. And sides of diablo. We intended to use it for my boyfriend’s 5 layer burrito (an under $10 singular item).
I got to the window, and handed the employee my coupon (He had red hair, red facial hair, petty young). He got immediately defensive and said he couldn’t take it because I didn’t say it at the speaker (how was I supposed to know the robot had that ability to know what coupon I was using or to even give the robot or employee my coupon at the speaker). Then told me to hold on, showed his employee the coupon, and said that the coupon was only valid for a “crunchy or soft taco”. When I pointed out that the coupon has “free Item OF YOUR CHOICE” and even read the fine print to him since he did not in any of the time he had it, he refused the coupon and we ended up having to pay for an item that should’ve been covered.
How hard is it to be understanding and fix an order. Especially when I wasn’t aware I had to say something at the speaker…

Long wait almost everytime i go. Make sure you check your bag and everything you ordered is there. They give you old food and squeeze it all into a tiny bag so everything is smashed. Worst Taco Bell in BC
The 2 tacos I got each had one teaspoon of meat in them. All she'll hardly any filling. For $9.54 I expect better.

The drive thru workers are always incredibly nice. I tried the new chicken nuggets that I've heard so much about, and was disappointed. They were dry and very overly breaded. They need to go back to the drawing board with those.

The nacho cheese cup wasn't even a third of the way filled on three orders of nacho fries don't put the Mexican pizza on the bottom cuz it smashes it. I don't know why I continue to eat here gave me the wrong burrito ordered a ex large Baja blast freezie got a medium, again there was barely any cheese in the cups for nacho fries and nachos, then on the next trip we had yesterday ordered a grilled cheese burrito steak, it was about half the size it normally is the Mexican pizza was terrible it also made me very sick. So I believe this will be my last time going to this location for a long time. I can't figure out how to add photos here so I will add them where are all the other photos are.
