Walk up to the hostess counter and the hostess states they close at 9 PM, despite their website stating they close at 10 PM.

I am ok with the fact that they close at 9 PM and the hostess walks me to my table. Once I sit down the entire staff on the floor were all talking extremely loudly about my unwanted presence at 8:36 PM.

All I was going to order was a soup they should have ready to serve.

I ended up walking out because I do not need some people who hate working until they close to spit in my food or something like that.

A group of 8 had dinner here. I had the Cobb salad and a cup of the chicken chili. They were delicious. The salad was large and so good. The chili was wonderful. It wasn't too spicy. It was very flavorful. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The only issue was the acoustics. It was hard to hear conversations here. I'm so glad we have a delicious option

For sure the most upscale option in Battle Creek (maybe the only option).

If you would like a nice place for date night, it's a good choice. If the weather is nice they have a nice option for outdoor seating.

Battle Creek has a new place for breakfast. The alloy is in the DoubleTree hotel downtown. Very good atmosphere, the staff is professional and the timing was perfect. I had the Greek omelette which was prepared well. Even the background music was nice, Low key but contemporary. Nice touch.

The food is absolutely delicious! I got the meat lovers omelette and i could not stop eating. I walked away too full. I would recommend this restaurant 24/7/365.

Dined there a few times during our stay and had Marissa every time. She is such a sweet person. Even the one time we had 11 people at our table, we know it could be stressful but she did great.

Amara was our waitress! She was amazing and the food was fantastic. It was so good we forgot to photo our food before we ate :)

She honestly was one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time and we hope to see her again! We have a good group of a Thursday night supper club and we’re scouting a place tonight. Can’t wait to come back. I think we found our new Thursday night spot if Amara can still be our waitress :)

We had a burger, pizza, salad, cauliflower, bursts, etc. Yum!

Food is good but over priced. Even when you are a guest in the hotel and already spending money with them they hit you hard with high food prices. The simplest things start at $15 and go up.

I ordered the fish and chips and my filets were full of bones, making it difficult to enjoy. The cornflakes were also very overcooked causing the fish to be dry. Waitress didn't check on us or offer to refresh our drinks. While it looks good and clean, it's not worth the price. They also only have wine by the bottle. Highly recommend 50 Beacon on the top floor, but would not recommend the Alloy at this point.

The food was simply amazing! We ordered six different meals at the table, and all of them were delicious. However, the service was absolutely terrible. Our server, Marissa, was a miserable person working in a customer service job, and she took that attitude out on us every chance she got. I’ve never left a restaurant without leaving a tip, but this time I did, even though it was hard to do. Marissa deserved it!

Went here to eat with a group of friends. Food was sub par but after we left, I discovered that they had charged MY card for over $200 worth of meals. I went right back and spoke with a manager who assured me they would make it right. They did NOT. They gave me the run around for DAYS. That's terrible customer service. Mistakes happen but make them RIGHT. My family and I will never go here again and we will make sure to tell everyone we know to not go there as well.

Trying to see the menu on the website on my phone and you can't even see it without scanning the QR code! I can't do that while I'm on my phone at the same time! Just show the stupid menu!
