I actually helped build and create the outside patio at Umami and was treated to lunch by the owner and I tell you what I thought regular Ramen was really good LOL but Maruchan and Top Ramen don't hold a candle to umami at first I'm like wow $18 that's a little steep until I took my first bite and saw the portion, and an instant I'm like okay I get it now the price definitely correlates with the food on your plates. oh yeah and she let us drink Gatorades and stuff out of the refrigerator...read full review
Drizzles of mayo over everything which I was not a fan of. There was no tofu in my roll or burrito (forgot what it was called) as I had specifically ordered. I guess I am just not a fan of fast food/assembly line places. I was basing my visit on the photos on their FB which had photos like pancit and other more traditional dishes.
