The gentleman working the drive thru was so nice and friendly. I had to pull ahead to wait for my order, no big deal. The gentleman(different person) who brought it out to me was very friendly. Made sure to tell me my chicken and fries were very hot and to be careful. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

The food here is neither fast or hot. For the prices they charge, the food should be hot and the service quick. I went inside and it took 10 minutes to get a Frosty.

I came through the drive through at 8pm and the lady talking through the speaker was very rude to the point where I just drove away, even in bad customer service situations, I’ve never been that badly talked to before. Very disappointed, won’t come during that time again.

People were semi friendly, not too interested in making people feel welcome. Gave me a Tea that was absolutely disgusting, it was obviously not brewed and was fed through a line that was used for other things as well. Tasted like a flat punch-tea or something. Burgers were just ok. Have had much better experiences in the past.

Dude. Get some people that know what they are doing. 2 times now in the past week I have gone in & had to walk out to go somewhere else for waiting 10 plus minutes to even order. The people in front of me hadn't even ordered yet. They have 2 people standing around doing nothing while the line just gets longer. It's called fast food for a reason. They prioritize the drive thru when it needs to be every other. Keep the people moving. I'd have better luck driving across town to the other wendys. I'd get my food faster.
