Ordered on the app and it took 20 minutes to get it! The food was mediocre at best! When you order on the app your food should be ready when you get there! Disappointed!

I have no words besides pure trash… customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a mobile order 20 minutes before my job closed because ik this location is slow. I arrive 40 MINUTEs AFTER placing my order to my food STILL not being done. And then spend another 25 minutes in the drive thru. So an hour and five minutes TOTAL!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous… this isn’t my first problem with this location.. it just happens to be the closest one to me.. DO BETTER WENDYS!!! The whole crew at this location is absolutely TERRIBLE!! When I pulled in you had three employees outside smoking yet 40 minutes later my food isn’t done and then took another 20 minutes!! And then with as long as it took you would think my food would be hot and fresh… nope, of course not… PURE TRASH!!! I DO NOT recommend this location AT ALL!!! A little longer drive is worth it versus dealing with this trash!!

This has got to be the absolute WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had issues with them before but this one concluded my last time there with them. Placed an online order just to drive almost 20 minutes out of the way and be told there’s no chili. Why would they even accept the order to begin with 🙄 is my first wonder. But when I told her I would just cancel it because all I had was chili. I asked her if it would just go back to my card and the level of stupidity was amazing to me. I heard “uhh” so many times it was ridiculous. So I repeated myself and then was told they didn’t know if I got my money back or not. I heard a male in the background say that I “wasnt getting shit back.” When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that they didn’t have one. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disgusted with customer service and an overall business. I do NOT recommend this location what so ever

I mean it’s a fast food joint. I get it. But the lack cleanliness was pretty gross. The lady behind the counter was wearing a cap that literally had probably years of grease on it from working there. Was a layer of muck on there. She was less than pleasant - clearly didn’t wanna be there. I don’t blame her but maybe put someone at the front for the customers who can at least be a little more caring and cordial. This place needs better management. The napkin dispensers were dented and dirty. Stuff all over the floor… and there were only two other customers in there so at that moment they weren’t slammed.

Horrible service the cashier was snotty and gave me the wrong food and when I asked about it she sighed and acted very unprofessional. The floor looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and everything is very dirty I don’t know how they stay in buisness

Not only did I have to wait, but part of my order was missing. I would report this to corporate because I can't because I wasn't given a receipt. It's my fault, I should've checked the bag but also this location has messed up before. I won't be returning.
