Just stopped at the drive through for a burger but the sandwich was hastily thrown together so when I opened it, the top of the bun was torn and the mayo was all over the place. Not overly friendly at the window either, so I'll probably opt to go elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

The restaurant has been a little understaffed, and some other cars were waiting a while for their food as we went through the drive thru. Despite this, all of the staff members were wonderfully polite and quick with our order, making the experience pleasant altogether. Appreciate those who showed up this evening ✨

Ordered a chicken wrap meal with chili. He forgot to ring up the cheese, so he adjusted it after the kid making the food confirmed I wanted cheese on the chili. There was no cheese on it, and I never got my wrap. Brilliant waste of money.

Ordered online a half hour before pickup. Arrived at Wendy's 1 minute before the order was supposed to be ready, they said it just came up on their computer. Waited 15 minutes for the luke warm food. No chocolate frosty like I had ordered, so I went with the horrible peppermint flavor... Yuck. Ordered a plain burger with only ketchup, came with cheese, had to order a new one. We ordered two fountain Cokes of the same size, one was very small, one was what I would assume is their medium. To top it off, the restaurant just seemed dirty and didn't smell very good. We wasted money on this garbage when we could have gone and had a great meal at Culver's for a few dollars more.Dave Thomas would be ashamed of this location!

Ordered via drive thru. They needed 4 employees to take orders one at a time and then total complete the order before they could take the next drive thru order. Still they messed up my order. Gave cold fries. Stuffed my cup full of ice. Gave 0 napkins. When asked for ketchup for a large order of fries they handed me two packets and then when I asked for 6 more could only give them one more at a time each time I had to ask. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF

The last 2 visit was horrible didn't get baconator got a Dave's double instead of what I paid for .the last time I went on my way to work Friday night because they are open late & was a huge mistake. Fries was cooked twice atleast & was very soggy/ stale & the burgers was in the heating tray or whatever they put them in after cooking for atleast 2 or 3 hours to long .
