American Kitchen Restaurant

American Kitchen has been a second home to my family and I for years! The food, the atmosphere, and the staff all made for the BEST restaurant experience you could ask for. We are extremely disappointed to no longer have our special spot in Bay City after today and I’m sure many others feel the same. Thank you to everyone at American Kitchen for the good times!

Food was tasty. Very rich. Very filling. A little pricey & didn't like the loud music.

Love the sunday burger deal. Gmthe burgers are great. Cant speak for mich else on the menu as I haven't tried. Atmosphere and waitstaff are nice.

Yes, we had burgers fries, salad and fish. Food was wonderful. Visit with family priceless.

Good spot for dinner; interior isn't anything fancy but overall I would recommend!

Great deals on burgers and mimosas on Sundays. Their salads and wraps are delicious too.

Jacob made the experience extremely enjoyable. He recommended the sweet potato fries, wings, and chicken wrap. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Would 100% recommend!!

Good food, good ambience, good people, it's a little on the pricier side but it makes up.

For an appetizer we got the pretzel breadsticks with a side of their famous cheese sauce (amazing). For my main I ordered the 50/50 burger which was one of the best burgers with an egg on it that I've ever had. For my side I got the sweet potato fries. It was soooo good so much flavor hot fresh and juicy! It was literally one of the best experiences I've had a in that area with the restaurants. Our server was Jacob and he was wonderful!! He was very attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable of the items that they had here. I totally give this place a 5 out of 5 stars.

I've eaten here twice now. The food has been good. Service is fine (they are not particularly careful with food allergies). This last time we had the salmon and turkey burgers. We were both super happy with our meals.

Had dinner Friday night at AK. Surprised to not find it busy at all, but we were whooping it up so that was probably for the best. We had the best server, Jacob. He went along with bad dad jokes, 72 napkins, and 6 college friends who don’t see each other as often as they should.

Claire is probably the best bartender of all time. Made me a Manhattan with precise skill. Even when the restaurant was packed. Top service.

Relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious! Our waitress Emily was awesome!

So last week since there slow I can order half off burgers for take out today I cant shame update there reasoning was complete garbage and they are very unorganized and apparently lack of communication I'm good on American kitchen they'll be soon replaced with everything coming to bay city

Delicious food and ambiance! On the pricy end but your taste buds will thank you! Their Kentucky Derby burger is amazing! Very friendly wait staff.
