Came for dinner on NYE. Food was decent but our night was made by our waitress, Julie. She did an incredible job. She was very friendly and made the visit even better

Very hit or miss. Ordered take out and got 5 small soggy onion rings for $5. Chicken in usually chewy, but atmosphere is usually nice. Most of the food is usually frozen and not fresh. Only got 3 items and it was $50.

We were there December 27th on our anniversary and my husband couldn't eat the steak it was to tough and to much garlic on beans. I got chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was not like it used to be there wasn't enough sauce on it and the spinach dip didn't even taste right. Idk if you have a different cook or what but i don't know if I want to come back. I've always loved Applebee's but last night it wasn't very good at all. I don't have the receipt but I have a $50 gift card and used money to pay on the rest there were 4 of us at a table.

I pay extra for dipping sauce and I get a tiny bit of un-melted cheese in a cup.. really? No more stealing my money for you! This is not the first issue I have had with food from this Applebee's. This place has went downhill the last few years. It's not the servers or waitresses, it's specifically the food. My wife and I ate inside a couple months ago and received chicken that had so much dirty grill tar on it, we couldn't eat it. The manager did apologize and remove it from the bill - which showed fantastic customer service... But this is a restaurant, and the quality of the food is just getting worse and worse. Honestly, I'm done giving this place a chance. You can't run a restaurant on good service alone - the food needs to be held to a higher standard. No way is that kitchen area is kept very clean. I've worked at restaurants before; the food tastes like a dirty kitchen/grill. It has been getting worse and worse every time we give this Applebee's a chance.

Always leave here feeling satisfied 😊 the food is excellent and the service is very kind and friendly. This time came in for my daughters birthday and again very pleased!! I love the fact I kept it hidden from my daughters knowledge that Applebee's employees knew it was her birthday, that they also didn't spoil it. How the team gathered attention away from our table by clapping and initiating a birthday celebration and eventually began making their way to our table. I kept watching back and forth my daughters reaction and the team and she was completely surprised by it and it also made her feel special. You guys nailed it!! Thank you very much!!
