I had the big beef and cheddar. I get it without the bun (watching carbs) It was so delicious. The cashier who waited on us was kind & pleasant. Nice in cold in the restaurant because it was so hot outside.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a roast beef combo with potato cakes, a coke and Arby's sauce. The worker handed me my pop that was too full so all of the residual spilled all over me, mt steering wheel and the seat of my car. She never said sorry. She just kept handing me stuff back like my credit card, receipt and my food while I was trying to wipe up the sticky pop. I drove all the way home to realize that she gave me horsey sauce. I had to drive all the way back. The drive thru had a line (of course). I finally got back to the window and handed her the horsey sauce and asked her for Arby's sauce like I ordered. She handed me arby sauce and turned and walked away. Not I'm sorry....NOTHING! It will be a LONG time before I visit Arby's again!

D+ grade. Manager cared more about her grandkids than the customers. I wasn't the only one. My cheese cup barely had any cheese in it. My significant others sandwich was hard like a hockey puck. District manager needs to straighten this one out and soon.

Thank you for messing up our order that cost my family 37.00. After the time and gas it takes to go to this establishment it's well beyond the hassle of ever going there again. Unfortunately my wife did go back and remind the staff of our order. So instead of replacing what we purchased not even a week ago, we received a partial order because it was on us to remember the managers name upon the first transaction.
I don’t know how others feel on this but I don’t like to be rushed through my orders, and the drive through lady taking my order kept rushing me as if she wanted me to be done ordering I didn’t order my shake because she kept telling me my total after every item and expected me to pull ahead and the food was barely warm only thing giving them a good ish rating was the lady who took my money was polite
