called over 24 hrs for a pick up order, they totally forgot all about it. said it would only take like 15 mins when I got there. All these people picking up orders in front of me as I ended up waiting for an hour. The pizza wasn't as good as I remember. Think there's new owners or something because they had no clue with a lot other people waiting for an hour or also.

That Sunday special for the party pizza is where it's at. Best pizza in bay city. Bay city syle pizza!!!.If you like thinner style eudicis is the way to go

The steak sandwich was basically a hamburger patty on a hot dog bun. The pizza slices were old and barely warm. And looked like scraps. The French fries were soggy and half raw.

We are 4 for 4 with really great pizza from B&C after a recommendation from a local friend.
Pizza quality was terrible today. One side crispy, the other side barely done. Way more sauce than normal. I would call and give them feedback, but based on my experience inside - the employees are not customer service oriented. Long time customer- but the past 2 experiences were not

Best Pizza ever. I used to live in Bay City all my life till 2006 then moved south. But I travel to Bay City every summer. So just recently I was there and picked up a B&C Pizza State st location on West side. It's still the best pizza that I've ever had anywhere.

Quoted 1 hour 15 minutes wait time. Arrived at pick up and was told it needed a few more minutes, which stretched 30 minutes after quoted time. Same quality I have enjoyed my whole life, will always come again when I'm in Bay City, have never found a pizza that matches B&C, I just wish they had the ability to be more accurate in quoting wait times, almost 2 hours is too much.
