I was initially very excited to see that Barneys made Cannolis, as it can be difficult to find them in the area. My excitement ended there, as after I got past the mound of chocolate chips, I realized that they do not make them with the staple filling of Ricotta Cheese, but instead it was more of a chocolate ganache. If you're going to alter the ingredients of such a traditionally made pastry, please let the customers know! Especially at almost $5 a cannoli, as I wouldn't...
The man that works mornings at Bay City location is literally ALWAYS so nice and amazing. Always so patient with me (I never know what I want or need LOL) he never rushes me, never makes me feel bad, literally is ALWAYS kind and super helpful.
They have very good doughnuts. I am also a fan of their savory danishes. Not much room inside, but patrons move through quickly. It’s worth the awkward parking arrangement.
Parking: There are only about two spots right in front of the building, so you have to park either across the street or around the corner. All street-side parking.
