I was so excited for Baskin Robins to be “saved” from an ill fate of closure and bought by someone to keep its legacy alive. But honestly, the lack of consistency in product and presentation is getting VERY annoying. Some skimp, some follow directions and actually “care” about what they are serving and others, well, go through the motions. Tonight, the gal “went through the motions” and clearly gave no give a crap of how the Banana Split looked OR TASTED. I asked for the split the way that “I” like it (never order these by the way because they almost always fail at them). So, no more. It was slop! There was 2 dime size strawberries and NO strawberry topping syrup in the strawberry topping. The pineapple topping had literally one 1/2.tsp pineapple and ZERO juice. The hot fudge was supposed to be on the side and instead was on it and (thankfully) that too was about a 1/2 tsp. As I didn’t want it to MELT the STRAWBERRY ice cream it was for when she instead put it on the Chocolate Ice Cream. I mean, C’MON!! Can you at least TRY to pretend you care about what you are doing? These are not cheap. So, in the end, forget it. No more. I am done. Good luck to you and I hope at least others get what they order and are satisfied. I will not be back.

Crew gave my order to the wrong Dasher. My order was then cancelled by Door Dash because the crew wouldn’t make a replacement order. “They were closing”. Absolutely ridiculous! Poor Customer service and extremely lazy! You made the mistake , its your responsibility to fix the problem.

1st time here, popped in for chocolate milk shake and to take home a 1 scoop treat for a friend. Friendly atmosphere but nothing special- wasn't acknowledged as i came in They had multiple people ahead of me and 2 employees seemed steady and efficient. My turn came and got a quickly made small chocolate shake and she helped pick out a good flavor for my take out gift. But chocolate shake had strange after taste...not good. And my friend said her's didn't taste fresh or maybe right and she got stomach ache to point she took tums...not a normal action for her at all. Doubt I will go back. New to area and love ice cream shop down by hospital. Great owner/great ice CREAM there.

I have always had a nice experience here. The service is always great and friendly. However, tonight was different. I was there with my 4yr old who has been newly potty trained. We were with one other person. Along with us there was only one other couple inside. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom instantly and fast! I know they don’t have a public restroom but considering an ice cream place is “family friendly” you’d think they could make an exception for a child who is doing the pee dance holding themselves. I was told to take her to Long John Silvers. Before I could leave, the manger (I believe owner also) stood in the doorway watching us and proceeded to when we got back as well. If you’re going to allow people to sit inside and eat you should consider having a public restroom and acknowledge that there are emergencies that will happen

I’ve always liked going here for ice cream because the workers are always super friendly but my only complaint is that the hours aren’t updated online. It opens at 12 pm not 11 am

No waffle cones, 12:15 in the afternoon. Was very disappointed. signs all over the place, claiming fresh baked waffle cones, was told it would take more than 20 minutes to make them.
