We stopped in along out travels back to the U.P. and we were met with SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. David was our server and had the very best customer service skills I have ever witnessed. Friendly,informative and kind. The shop was clean and bright and niceThe ice cream 10 outta 10.It's a must stop spot!!!

Go to this location at your own risk. The owner put a no trespass on my boyfriend, claiming she had called the police on him multiple time for starting arguments with customers. The police pulled him up in the system but found nothing. The man who caused the problems was from Arizona, we are not. The last call was made last fall, we moved to Bay City in January. The owner did not care and still put a no trespass on him. That messes with people's lives and for what, there was no valid reason?! Wish I could give no stars.

David. Went above and beyond as he was working. He dealt with a handicapped individual several times. He made the customers and the individual feel comfortable. He also was cleaning and giving positive remarks to customers and fellow coworkers. He deserves a raise. Go baskin robbins on having someone like David to make everyone's visit enjoyable. Go David!!!

The man waiting on me and my grandson offered numerous samples, and was extremely friendly. The place was very clean. All at a very fair and decent price. I would highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be back to try and buy other flavors.

I was really impressed at the dedication of the team for digging through the back freezer for the last bit of a discontinued flavor for me. Serious commitment to customer satisfaction. :)) so happy I got one last taste of rum raisin. It’s been 3 minutes and 27 seconds, and this is all that’s left. ??? Keep it up you guys!!
When we went the creature creations are so cute and my daughter loves them. The shake was perfectly made and we love the new management ! Very kind people !

Will be back all summer long!! $26 for a mint chocolate cake, that serves 6-8 people ?? If you stop in, get the “icing on the cake” ice cream!!!! Soooo good! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
