We go here every so often. But last night we weren’t really impressed! The waitress seemed to be in a rush taking our orders but was nice and gave back the menu so my boyfriend could pick something he actually wanted… Then his grilled chicken sandwich came out and his chicken was DICED.. not even a full piece of chicken, at this point it we thought we wouldn’t say anything..

We came during lunch and were able to have a nice, quick meal and be finished and cashed out in under an hour. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was flavorful and cooked to all of our likings. Overall, it's a nice restaurant with a large menu! I am looking forward to sitting outside on the patio in the summer.

I posted a review about a very disappointing takeout order. That stands, but I want to say that their food is good! The Po Girl, Fiesta Salad, Smothered Chicken, all good. GREAT fries!! However, in the future I will inspect any takeout before paying, tipping, leaving.
First time going to the bier garten. Went for lunch at 1 pm. Service was great, food came out as ordered (with special modifications) good presentation, tasted great, good pricing. FYI you have to pay a credit card fee instead of the business. (That is the cost of doing business) or pay a different bill price using cash. Very disappointed.

Nice atmosphere, alright food but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE... old bitter server... She was mean, nasty and miserable. Ruined our moods. Never got her name... save your time and money. To many better places in bay city to give your money and business to.
