Arrived in Bay City on a Michigan motorcycle trip and got a recommendation to try Blossoms for something the local folk like. It was great. Friendly staff greeted us (the hostess with the red hair was especially nice and engaging). Zach took great care of us and his personal recommendations were. I had the Malaysian Curry Laksa (chicken) and my daughter had the Malaysian Fried Noodles (beef). Both had great flavor and spice to warm us up after a cool bike ride. Plus we shared the special sushi roll of the night, the Wonka roll special (which happened to be Zach's creation). Definitely recommend Blossoms!

We so so wanted to like this place. I love food, and I’m just not picky EVER. But this food was really bad. I mean, like my husband and I couldn’t eat it. We got the chicken katsu curry, crab rangoons, gyoza, and chicken curry ramen.
The ramen was okay - edible, but my husband was not a fan. The curry (which I was MOST looking forward to as I have been to Japan numerous times and I LOVE coco’s fast food from there) but it was absolutely inedible. Cold, seemed like it was microwaved, and the curry sauce was watery and just not good. We got fried rice with it and even the fried rice was just bad.. how in the world can you screw that up?
Please please please, if the owner is reading this, we are desperately wanting good Asian food here, especially because Basil Thai was SO INCREDIBLE.

Best place for Hibachi in the area.
I have been coming here since 2018 and it is still the best Asian Bistro I have ever ate at! I have yet to find a place that is comparable. The atmosphere is so nice and the food is the best. I CRAVE the onion soup and teriyaki chicken daily!! My now husband and I go here every Valentine’s Day and anniversary since our first date for the last 7 years. The staff is also extremely nice! When they opened the Express restaurant in Saginaw (closer to my home) I became a “regular” and they always remembered my order and had it ready before I checked out. I wish I remembered her name but she is blonde and has the sweetest and most inviting personality! And since she works at both locations, I have the same experience in Bay City! My husband and I will continue to come to this restaurant forever!

Give this place a shot! Easy to miss from the outside but the inside is very nice. I tried the hibachi vegetable meal with onion soup and crab rangoons - everything was delicious. I will definitely be back to try other items! Good value for what you are getting.

We frequently vist this place on lunch. It's a great quality food and the price is reasonable too. Definitely a millianeal restaurant with spectacular views. Service and food is always great. If your up for some hibachi, sushi, or some more authentic food then this is definitely a place to stop in and give a try.

They put corn in the fried rice. The sesame chicken is almost flavorless.

Im not typically one to post about a restaurant or complain ever. What is wrong with our world. This restaurants hours states 8 o'clock, which in my opinionis way to early, We didn't want to be the family that walks in at 7:45 and say feed me, so we jump in my truck and call on the way for takeout at 7:33 which would give them time to prepare and have us out the door by at least 7:50, This order probably would have been a $50 to $60 dollar takeout. I get greeted with hi our kitchen is closed.... Not I'm sorry....I just can't understand the thought process or the mentality of someone who owns their own business to turn business away... Very Very Very sad.....

Need your Asian bistro name revoked.... I have never eaten such horrible food in my life. Yeah the pictures online are done to perfection but it is absolutely not what you get. Who in the hell told you that your soups were the right way to cook them? And the dipping sauce for the dumplings were horrible. Whoever owns this business needs to train it's cooking staff better. How are you still in business? Whoever is making this food must not have any taste buds. Or are INCREDIBLY inexperienced with Asian cuisine. Do better my goodness. For the price you pay IT'S NOT WORTH IT. absolutely disgusting

One of my favorite places! Food is awesome! Hot-n-sour soup is actually pretty good, wouldn't have ordered it, but waiter suggested, I've always gotten almond chicken , it's so good I come craving it, so never tried anything else! Not you're normal almond chicken. House salad with house dressing is different, very tasty as well. Services is amazing, decor is very stylish! A must stop!
