Ordered takeout, got home with my order and found out they didn’t give me all of my order. When I called about the missing food, I was told that it wasn’t their problem and I should call DoorDash and get a refund.

Spicy tuna is not fresh. Teriyaki chicken is too tough to chew.

The cashier was friendly, restaurant smelled like sewage , paid 8 bucks for 5 “crab” cheese rangoons that were lacking both the crab and the cheese. Waste of time and money not much of a bistro.

I wound not recommend this place to anyone! The food is awful and half of it is obviously store bought as that’s the only ones that taste good! You could find better food at the Walmart grocery section for cheaper and at least the store would look clean. -10/10 review save yourself the trouble

Went three years ago and it was great. Went last year and is was okay. I thought...okay, I'll give it another chance. Went this year and walked in at dinner time with only one table occupied. This should have been my first clue. I couldn't even finish my food because it was so bad. Chicken was over fried, dry, with barley any sweet and sour sauce. Crab cheese tasted old and cream cheese inside was hard and crumbling. Fried rice tasted like it was fried in a dirty pan. :-p Sorry Blossoms, I will not be returning. This was a takeout order and the cashier was a nice young man. Just thought I would add that :-)

Spicy tuna roll was prepared nicely and the Hawaiian roll had a nice balance of different flavors. Crab cheese with meat was a pleasant appetizer. Quick service and kind staff.

Man, I dont know what happened to this restaurant. Maybe they got blind sided by a rush or something? We visited on July 6th at about 6pm. The server you could tell didn't want to be here, she took forever to clear our dishes, it took almost 45min to get our sushi, we're now almost an hr in and waiting for our main courses. Tables arnt getting cleaned as people are leaving, I'm currently looking at 7 empty, dirty tables. What happened to this place?

We really enjoyed the food! The owner guided me though menu like a wizard looking though a spellbook. The only issue I have, is cleanliness. The restaurant could use a good sweeping and mopping. Chairs are torn and need to be repaired and window/doors need to be washed. The good news is, the food is good and worth the stop.
One last suggestion, make sure the spring roll vegetables are not cut to small as they become mush when deep fried.

Arrived in Bay City on a Michigan motorcycle trip and got a recommendation to try Blossoms for something the local folk like. It was great. Friendly staff greeted us (the hostess with the red hair was especially nice and engaging). Zach took great care of us and his personal recommendations were. I had the Malaysian Curry Laksa (chicken) and my daughter had the Malaysian Fried Noodles (beef). Both had great flavor and spice to warm us up after a cool bike ride. Plus we shared the special sushi roll of the night, the Wonka roll special (which happened to be Zach's creation). Definitely recommend Blossoms!

We so so wanted to like this place. I love food, and I’m just not picky EVER. But this food was really bad. I mean, like my husband and I couldn’t eat it. We got the chicken katsu curry, crab rangoons, gyoza, and chicken curry ramen.

The ramen was okay - edible, but my husband was not a fan. The curry (which I was MOST looking forward to as I have been to Japan numerous times and I LOVE coco’s fast food from there) but it was absolutely inedible. Cold, seemed like it was microwaved, and the curry sauce was watery and just not good. We got fried rice with it and even the fried rice was just bad.. how in the world can you screw that up?

Please please please, if the owner is reading this, we are desperately wanting good Asian food here, especially because Basil Thai was SO INCREDIBLE.

I have been coming here since 2018 and it is still the best Asian Bistro I have ever ate at! I have yet to find a place that is comparable. The atmosphere is so nice and the food is the best. I CRAVE the onion soup and teriyaki chicken daily!! My now husband and I go here every Valentine’s Day and anniversary since our first date for the last 7 years. The staff is also extremely nice! When they opened the Express restaurant in Saginaw (closer to my home) I became a “regular” and they always remembered my order and had it ready before I checked out. I wish I remembered her name but she is blonde and has the sweetest and most inviting personality! And since she works at both locations, I have the same experience in Bay City! My husband and I will continue to come to this restaurant forever!
