Man, I dont know what happened to this restaurant. Maybe they got blind sided by a rush or something? We visited on July 6th at about 6pm. The server you could tell didn't want to be here, she took forever to clear our dishes, it took almost 45min to get our sushi, we're now almost an hr in and waiting for our main courses. Tables arnt getting cleaned as people are leaving, I'm currently looking at 7 empty, dirty tables. What happened to this place?

We really enjoyed the food! The owner guided me though menu like a wizard looking though a spellbook. The only issue I have, is cleanliness. The restaurant could use a good sweeping and mopping. Chairs are torn and need to be repaired and window/doors need to be washed. The good news is, the food is good and worth the stop.
One last suggestion, make sure the spring roll vegetables are not cut to small as they become mush when deep fried.

Arrived in Bay City on a Michigan motorcycle trip and got a recommendation to try Blossoms for something the local folk like. It was great. Friendly staff greeted us (the hostess with the red hair was especially nice and engaging). Zach took great care of us and his personal recommendations were. I had the Malaysian Curry Laksa (chicken) and my daughter had the Malaysian Fried Noodles (beef). Both had great flavor and spice to warm us up after a cool bike ride. Plus we shared...
