It was a sad dinner to sat the least. 1 waitress running around on a Friday afternoon. Ordered wings which was the only highlight expect there was not ranch/blue cheese or celery/carrot sticks. Rolls were cold and stale, the butter they brush on top had solidified on the rolls and plate. Asked what kind of ribs they were, the manager came and explained they aren't quite baby back but aren't st. louis style either but they fall off the bone. The fell off the bone to the point you couldn't eat them without a fork and they were mush. Only flavor was the BBQ sauce. Side salad was a sad excuse of a salad with 2 tiny pieces of tomato barely any lettuce but they apparently make up with croutons that are super sweet and oily. $0.49 up charge for baked potatoes that were still very much raw and definitely didn't have a grain of sea salt coating as per the menu. The 3 steaks, well done was right, medium was rare, rare was medium rare. Asked for horseradish and steak sauce which never came out nor did it come when we asked a 2nd and 3rd time. They also charge a flat 3% surcharge to "combat" rising food costs. The cost of the food on the menu was already ridiculous compared to other establishments and then they charge more. The waitress wasn't at the table long enough for us to ask anything about the receipt which made no sense. We paid and just left. Won't be returning any time soon.

Went in and got a 2pound slab of ribs with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes, the ribs were falling off the bone! Such a delicious meal we will 100% be back!

They might do better first of all if they wash the tables or replaced so you didn't feel the sticky residue. Waitress needs to be fires. She was not only lazy but extremely rude and didn't care at all about service or her job. Ribs tasted like they were boiled and then pulled out of water and slathered with sauce. Lemonade was good. Wish our waitress would have bothered to come back so we could have had take out cup for that. I bit into a piece of prime rib that tasted like a salt lick. Manager did ask how was and I said we waited 15 minutes for a-1 and showed him bottle which I shook showing him she added water to it.Rolls were burnt at bottom and I got attitude when asked for new rolls. Had to whistle and search for her. Mind you it was just our table and ONE other table she even had to wait on. Would not recommend WHATSOEVER.

We came in there Thursday evening for dinner. We ordered the Kansas Sirloin. The steaks came and were tough . Hard to cut . Got a to go box and gave them to our dog . She enjoyed them. We usually go to Lucky's but decided to go here. Not high on our list to return. But Alex our server was great. Not his fault steaks were tough. Ordered glazed onions but never got those . You would think that a 70.00 dollar steak dinner would be better. That 70.00 was everything in cludeing coffee and one soda .

This is my go to place for wings as they will go out of their way to accommodate your special requests. Good array of TV's for viewing sports in the bar area and very cold beer. Service has always been with a smile!

Food was cold when it came out. Had to wait 15 mins to get seated. There was no one in the restaurant. Gave us warm pop and water. With 3 ice cubs in them. I recommend eating anywhere else.
The ribs were perfect! Great place to celebrate my birthday. The only problem was I ran out of tea, and the ribs were a little spicy. Wait staff needs to pay attention. If they have to wait for tea to brew, just bring a glass of water.

went there last night We sat in a booth the seats were all taped up and worn out very uncomfortable Ordered the 8oz steak with fries The steak was good and cooked properly but the fries tasted like they had been under the warmer for a few hours Nasty! Husband and son had the boneless wings They said they were good Went to a Branns in Northville a while back and it was awesome This particular Branns in Bay City could be just as awesome with a few interior upgrades and some food tweaks
